Hinata(Girl) and Kou(Boy),are the Yellow rose. They work together to get the red rose, they have a very strong bond when they first met. Hinata is 16 and Kou is 16, they one of the important Rose color in Rosaland. Both goes to school.

April(Girl) and Jay(Boy) are the oldest out of all the other pairs. April is 18 and Jay is 20, they have a strong friendship and is willing to do anything to get the red Rose. They are always seen together, they are like brother and sister. Also one of the important color Rose in Rosaland. Only April goes to school.

Lily(Girl) and Kuma(Boy) are the only pair that their ages are far apart. Lily is 16,while Kuma is 20,but that doesn't stop them from working together. Lily usually acts like a mother tours Kuma, that make their bond strong as well. They are also the only ones that are not mean tours others. They are always in a great mood, and are important color in Rosaland. Only Lily goes to school.

Miyuki(Girl) and Toshiyama(Boy) are rich, and formal pairs. They like everything neat and perfect, they can be cold tours others while they are cheerful when together. Their bond seems to be stronger then other. Minikin is 16 and Toshiyama is 17, they are the Blue Rose in Rosaland. Both goes to school.

Mimi(Girl) and Guyu(Boy) are the purple Rose in Rosaland. Mimi is 16 and Guyu is 18, they both are quite and silent tours other, but is very caring to one another. Mimi gets bully in school but Guyu would always be there to save her. They goes to school together.

Minami(Girl) and Hotaru(Boy) are the main characters in the story. They are also the youngest pair of all the others. Minami is 14 and Hotaru is 16, they are the Black Rose in Rosaland. Minami was living alone being an otaku freak before she met Hotaru. Minami always takes care of Hotaru, because he acts like a 3 year old. Hotaru pout and puff his cheeks when he is angry or mad, but that only happens when Anku is with Minami. When Minami hangs with Anku, Hotatu gets jealous and hide under his blanket. They go to the same high school as the others.

Rosamary, is a 20 year old Queen that rules Rosaland. She gives mission to the others in order for them to turn their rose red. She is very friendly and cheerful. She is the only one with red roses, which she was born from. She sometimes also show a romantic feelings tours Hotaru, but Hotaru never notice it. Hm? Wonder what will happen..

Anku(Left) and Viy(Right) are supporters in this story. Anku is a very good friend on Minami, she really care about her and look after her. Anku is like a second brother to Minami. They can tell each other secret and trust each other completely... But maybe Anku still has a secret...Viy is Minami's real brother, he is currently in college. He sometimes call or visit Minami once in awhile, he is also a great brother.

The mysterious man that Minami saw before going through the portal. Just too mysterious... Who is he..??
