Algebra Will Be the Death of Me

Algebra, to say the least, was as bad as I expected it to be, maybe even more. Mr. Knott started off with the usual greeting, saying 'Good morning' and all that jazz. He then proceeded to ask us to take out or homework, hand it to the person in front of us, grab the person's homework from behind, pull out our various colored pens, pencils were never allowed to be used to grade with, and wait for him to get his answer key. He then proceeded to give us the answers, pausing when a hand had been raised on varying questions, usually dealing with the ways a student answered.

After passing out our graded assignments from yesterday, he then gave us today's assignment, more parabola work, oh the joys! The good part was that we could work with partner, which meant I got to work with Carson.

After getting our assignment, we paired up and walked towards the table in the corner, normally used for tutoring in the mornings before school.

After lots of work and conversation, we finished the assignment just as Mr. Knott finished writing our homework assignment on the board. Oh the joys of school, it's textbook work! Wonderful!

With five minutes till the bell, I worked on my homework, hoping my other teachers don't give me as much.

The bell rings and Carson and I look up from our work. We pack up and head to English, wishing that the day isn't going to be as long as I think it's going to be.

Sorry I haven't been updating! I have had marching band camp for the past few days, it'll be a few more days until it's over. I'll try and update when I can.
