The Difference Between Us

I was sleeping like a baby when my little brother came in my room yelling , "Wake up Lilly , it's time for school", I rolled around and got up in sadness.

Monday's were my worst days because the weekend just past and it still feels like it's Saturday.

My name is Lilly Jackson , I'm 17 years old and I'm a senior in High School . I have two brothers , one is in college and one is in kindergarten. I have only one friend and she is like the sister I've always wanted.

My mom and dad divorced when i was 5 and I haven't heard from my dad since , even though he sends loads of money every month .

I take my shower and brush my teeth then put my clothes on by wearing my casual hoodie and denim jeans . I say bye to my mom , grab my keys and drive to school.

School is usually the same routine everyday, I like school but sometimes I get bored or tired of it .
"Lilly" D'Ayna said as i turned around by my locker ."Huh?" , "Ryan is coming how do I look , you think he will notice me ?"

She is so obsessed with him he is basically just a man whore so I don't know why she is all over him . " You look fine calm down" I snapped .

She turned around and basically bow down to his feet like he was some type of god. I just looked at her like she was crazy , everyone loves him the captain and quarterback of the football team .

He was the best looking boy in 12th grade , not that I cared or anything .... I just feel like people should stop acting like he isn't a human being like everyone else.

I turn around and leave her there since the bell rung . I step into Mr. Roberts class, he's my English teacher. I sit down and see Ashley the schools most popular girl (or should I say slut). I feel a pen being thrown on my back and turn around to see her laughing it off with her friends. I just ignore it and turn back around because Mr.Roberts started speaking.

I did my work and finished early as always and ask to go to the restroom since I was already done . I walk in the restroom and hear strange noises so I turn and see Ryan and some girl practically doing the deed in the girls restroom.

I tripped over a wet sign and fell , I bet they heard me , darn it Lilly could you be more clumsy than this? "Um loser wtf are you doing " I hear Ryan say and I turn and completely ignoring the girlsaying "Using the restroom Sherlock , something you obviously aren't doing"

He smirked and said "I'm using it a lot more than you ever have" What was that supposed to be a joke because I am a virgin . He can stick it up his butt for all I care , "I'm glad I have my V-Card" I say proudly. Then he laughs and walks out with the girl saying "Come on let's go somewhere else" .

I roll my eyes and use the restroom ,Who does he think he is ? Some type of king ha ha king my arse . I hear the bell ring and go to meet up with D'Ayna since we have two free periods.

We were supposed to meet up at my car like always but I've been waiting for fifteen minutes.

I turn off my phone and open my car and get in . What should i get to eat ? I think I'm going to go to chipotle and get me a bowl .

I get out to place my order , " Can i have white rice , corn , lettuce , extra chicken and black beans please " I asked nicely . " Yes mam" the person behind the counter says .

I get my order and then I hear a familiar voice say "Everybody get down!! "And from there everything went left .
