Sean and I are walking home in silence. James and Chris trailing behind us texting whoever girls phone numbers they got. I sigh loudly and hop on my bike.
"Hey Christian, mom will kill us if you leave without us." Chris states finally looking up from his phone.
"Whatever. You guys don't give a shit anyway. Come on Sean lets go home." Sean nods and jumps onto the axles sticking out of the tires, resting his hands on my shoulders.
"Chris! That is so not cool!" I hear James yell behind us. I have a really good excuse to use if mom and dad get mad at me and Sean. Our house isn't far from the school but it's quicker to go by bike. After a couple minutes of peddling the estate comes to view. I pull my hood up and shift, my ears hidden under the thick fabric or my jacket. After my tail forms, I wrap it around my waist, letting go of the handles and let the wind push me the rest of the way to the estate. Behind us we hear James and Chris yelling at us to stop and wait for them. Sean catches my eye. We share and evil smile before I make the bike go even faster. There yelling soon comes to complete silence. The fridges wind whips past me, sending a chill down my spine. After a few more minutes or riding, we turn into the drive way, the gate opening upon squeaky hinges. Sean and I wave our thanks to the guards who smile and wave back. They close the gates and Sean and I shift into our animals, ditching the bike on the driveway. Our bags disappeared into a realm unknown to us. Before James and Chris can catch up Sean and I race back to the estate, the clicking sound of our paws sounds all the way to the estate. Sean advances on me, jumping over me like a tree in his way. I quicken my pace, slowly coming up behind him. When we are almost at the door, I jump onto Sean's back and leap off onto the steps. I turn around and stare him down with a proud look on my face. Sean shifts back and gives me a 'you little cheater' look. I ignore him shifting back, opening the door and walking in with my head held high. He marches past me and up the stairs to his room. I trail behind him a good distance away, as I head up to my room. Once he reaches his room he throws open the door like it offended him, marching inside, and then slams the door closed when I am walking past. I cover my ears glaring at his door. I continue my way to my room, opening the door gently. I walk in and immediately I spot my entire bed all messed up, my books on the floor, and papers scattered around my room. My eye twitches slightly in annoyance. 'James, and Chris' are the first names that pop up into my mind. 'Those little-' my thought is cut off as my bedroom door slams open. A terrible angry looking James stands at the door. I stare directly back into his eyes, My annoyance showing clearly as I clench and unclench my jaw. Chris appears behind James, his arms crossed over his chest. I glare at them standing directly in the center of my room. I let the wind clean up the mess, bending, and blowing the wind around so it picks things up. James, and Chris gulp, clearly knowing that this is the least of what I could do. They retreat hesitantly, no words passed between any of us. I walk over to my door and close it quietly, not bothering to slam it closed. I finish cleaning up the room, putting the sheets back on my bed, rearranging the books back on the shelf and returning the papers to my desk. I walk over to my bed and sit leaning against the head board I grab my book on my night stand continuing from where I left off.
I am interrupted by a rather loud knock on my door. I set mark my page and set my book down on the night stand. I use the wind to open, it the footsteps echo loudly in my ears. My butler/ best friend, Kai, walks in the room. Holding a tray with my favorite juice.
"Hello Chris, I have brought your juice and the food is ready." He sets my drink down on the night stand.
"Hello to you too Kai. And thank you for the juice, if you couldn't hear James was outside my door. And tell everyone I will be down in a bit." Kai and I have been really close for a long time. After his family died 7 years ago, he came too our house and my mom and dad let him work as a butler here and he has been directed to be my butler. He never did formalities with me and we treated each other as equals. He was like my nicer brother other then Sean. I get up after fixing my bed and trot down stairs. My feet shuffling quietly through halls and down stairs. Once I reach the dinning table I sit down across from Sean, and Kai sitting next to me. I had always gave Kai permission to eat with us. I have never let him eat by himself. My parents come in last. Sitting on each end of the ridiculously long table. My father sits at the end by me and mother sits on the end by James and Chris. Mother was jus like them. She had such a cold attitude towards a lot of people. I am glad she isn't my real mom. My real mom died in a car accident when I was 8. My father leans over towards me his blue eyes gleaming in the candle light."How was school my dear? Did James and Chris show you around?" Father says a bit quiet for James and Chris to hear. I shake my head.
"No principal Ren did though, And we had people to show us around."
"Wow. That's really great. So who are these 'people' you are talking about. Is it a girl or a boy? What's there name?" He just keeps throwing questions anxiously awaiting my answer.
"Dad calm down. It is a girl and her name is Hanji. And she is really energetic, but always happy." I grab my fork and spoon and start to eat my noodles. He turns too Sean and basically asks the same things.
"Chris, Sean you should bring them over sometime. They would probably be really happy." My father suggests.
I turn to look at Sean I see him smiling and nodding his head slightly.
"Yah that's a really good idea. I'll ask for her contact tomorrow." I said happily. When dinner was over I went straight back up to my room. I slip into my pajamas and head straight to bed, happy about hanging out with my first friend from school.
..................TIME SKIP TO LUNCH...............
I sit down at the table Hanji told me to sit. A couple minutes later Sean comes over and sits next to me. His body is really tensed and his ears are twitching in annoyance.
"Hey Sean what's? Wrong why are you so annoyed?"
"All the guys are checking you out. Your my sister I won't let anyone have you." He looks at me sternly.
"Sean you can't not let me have a boyfriend. I love you but I would like to live happily with some one. Thank you for being protective but it doesn't bother me. I mean if it keeps going on then yah I will be bothered but just wait a day and they will probably stop." I look back down at my food. Sean scratches behind my ear making me purr.
"Ok I will wait 'a day', and if this doesn't stop by after tomorrow I will be very overprotective."
I smile and hug him. I mutter an 'Okay' into his shirt. He wraps his arms around my shoulders and hugs me back. After a couple minutes of silence Hanji comes to our bench and puts her tray down, and sits on my left. Eren comes over and sits across from me.
"Hey Hanji, hey Eren. What's up?"
"Oh nothing much. But I have invited a few of my good friends over if you don't mind." She says happily.
"Of corse I don't mind. Oh yah Hanji, I was wondering maybe you would like to hang out sometime? Are you busy today?" I say hesitantly. She grins really big and grabs both of my hands.
"Of course I can hangout today!" I giggle at her happy demeanor.
"Ok so I can pick you up with us and take you to my house." We both talk for a while, while Sean is asking Eren if he wants to come over. We hear someone yelling something at our table.
"Oi! Shittyglasses, why did you want me to come over here?" I turn around and see a raven haired guy with sharp steal eyes. 'Wow he is so small.' I think as I assess him.
"Oh Christian this is Levi, Levi this is Chris." A couple minutes later a tall guy with blonde hair and bushy eyebrows, comes up behind Levi.
"And this is Erwin. Erwin meet Chris, Chris meet Erwin." Erwin smiles and extends his hand to me.
"Hello Chris it's nice to meet you." I shake his hand and reply with a 'nice to meet you too.' I motion my hand towards my brother and introduce him to the two guys. My brother nods his head and starts to eat again. I sigh at his rude behavior. She starts to talk about a bunch of scientific things that I don't understand. Erwin and Levi are just talking quietly to themselves.
"Hey foureyes, she doesn't understand a word your saying so shut up." He says sourly and returns back to eating his food.
"Well you don't have to be so rude about it short stuff. I actually understand most of it." I snap back at him. His head snaps up when I say 'short stuff'. Hanji bursts out laughing at our conversation. I keep my blue eyes on Levi.
"Ohhhhh! Sorry Levi she is catching on!!!" Hanji says humorously. I try to keep in a smile which I fail at miserably and laugh along with Hanji. Levi's cold expression stops our laughing. Erwin shoulders shake at our scared expressions.
"Fuck you Hanji, you made a new you." He says as he sips his tea. How the hell is he not dropping that cup. Who holds there tea cups like that. I think as I watch him hold the tea cup in his weird stile.Levi's Pov.
Damn Hanji. Now the new girl is calling me nick names. My thoughts run wild. She's shorter then me. And yet her comment still made me pissed off. As I'm sipping my tea she looks at my hand and slightly tilts her head to the side, her waist length blonde hair topples down around her shoulder.
"Tch what do you want brat? Do you have a problem by the way I hold the cup?" I ask sharply. If I said that to any normal person they would get afraid of me and walk away.
"No. I have just never seen some one hold there cup like that. It's interesting. No need to get so defensive." She shrugs and looks back to Hanji and Erwin rejoining there conversation.
Well fuck.
