You sat outside at the courtyard. The flowers and architect was a nice scenery to watch while you doze off. You laid against a willow tree and closed your eyes. It was the only time in the day where you could relax and let your mind wander...

To think about Sinbad and how sexy he looks. And how I want those luscious lips to-

You snapped open your blue eyes to see Sharrkan whispering this in your ear. His cheeks were pulled in a devious smile. Then before he could even react, you swung your fist at him.

You felt satisfied when you heard a crack. Even more, when you heard him throwing out curses like there was no tomorrow. Sharrkan caressed his now swollen purple eye.

"OW (Y/N)! IT WAS JUST A JOKE!"

"I don't care about the joke." You said. You glared at him and growled, "You. Interrupted. My. Sleep."

He shrank at the words. He muttered a sorry. And you forgave him because you weren't the grudging type. Plus, you now felt bad for the bruised eye. You only meant to smack him a little bit.

"I just wanted to help you realize that you like Sin." He pouted.

You chuckled at that response. He and the other seven generals all thought Sin and you would be a 'great couple', simply because you were both childhood friends. So they would always throw hints or leave you guys alone to be together. It was ridiculous but you found it endearing. You and Sinbad would always laugh at their attempts.

"Your heart is in the right place but I don't find Sin like that and neither does he. I'm just not his type. Ain't girly enough for him." You grinned at him.

Truth be told, Sin didn't even realize you were a girl until you were both thirteen. That fateful day was when he barged in your bath and his exact words were "WHERE'S YOUR ****?!"
You lost your maiden purity and almost became a murderer.

It wasn't your fault that you had a figure as curvy as a bean pole, and taller than 5'9". And no chest to speak of.... You didn't mind that people mistook you as a guy. Boy or girl. It didn't matter as long you can fight and protect your family.

And Sin was definitely family so if anything, her feelings for him was just siblings.

Over dinner, people were commenting on Sharrkan's new bruise. Mostly Yamraiha jeering at him for being a wimp to not able to dodge your attack. Like dog and cat, the both of them. You couldn't understand why they haven't confessed to each other yet, by all this bickering they were already like a married couple. You wanted to point this out but you figured that they would sort it out between themselves.

You sat next to Sinbad because Ja'far gave up his seat because there was a 'draft'. You dug in the food and listened to the chats around the room. It amazed you that Sin has met these people and can call them family. You were happy for him. Despite being a childhood friend, you and him weren't that close. Something would always would be between you guys. You think it's because Sin was different from you, it was hard to describe but it felt like you were in different worlds. Even now it was by chance that you came to Sindria. You had to make a merchant deal for the herbs and medicine clinic you own.

Whatever the case, you were glad that your Sin had a family of his own.

Sinbad took notice that you haven't spoken much. He asked what's wrong? But you simply smiled and shook your head no.

Later that night

"What are we gonna do? At this rate, (Y/N) is going to leave Sindria soon!" Pisti exclaimed.

All the eight generals were in a meeting. A meeting codenamed: Ship to Sail. They are all gathered around the tables throwing out ideas.

"How about we lock them in a room for a whole day?" Sharrkan suggested and the white haired boy smirked to himself before getting bashed at the head with Yamraiha's staff.

"Overruled."

"Let's push (Y/N) down the stairs and Sinbad will have to save her. That's so romantic, isn't it?" Spartos stated.

"What the hell are we trying to kill (Y/N) here?!" Shouted Ja'far.

All of them argued between themselves until finally Masrur who was silent the entire time spoke up.

"Let's have a festival tomorrow and dress up (Y/N) and make Sinbad have a dance with her."

They silently took in the advice then cheered for Masrur.

"Time for the Ship to Sail." they chanted.

Meanwhile

Sinbad and you were drinking sake together while the moon was out. You were both reminiscing past memories until Sin shivered from a heavy chill that went down his spine. Not long after, you began to sneeze until your nose went red. Damn allergies.

To be continued...
