As Natsu's one of strongest attack hits, a loud noise outburst instantly and drastically three building had been destroyed because of that, the people on the city was so scared that they don't know where to hide anymore.
Because of that incident, the magic council had alerted, and started to come to the place of incident.
The residents of the city are starting to panic and shout as they encircling the body of a mage, badly damage because of Natsu's attack, they are all yelling for medical assistance to tend the wounds that the mage had.
Natsu on the other hand, had been immobilized since he regain his consciousness after that attack, the other mage is starting to cry as the other mage saw the condition of the hurt mage.
Badly wounded body, blood gushing in everypart of the mage's body, a pole pierced into the mage's abdomen, the right hand been covered by heavy boulders of the fallen building, cuts in everypart of the mage's body, made it look that the mage will not survive this incident.
As time is passing by, every second is critical, everyone is calling for assistance, the other mage rush towards the injured mage, while Natsu is still standing in the same place that he is standing before, he didn't even move an inch, it is like that he got paralyzed on what he see, he couldn't believe that he done such horrible thing. He feels like crying and rampaging.
When Natsu was about to move, and go to the place where the injured mage is, the magic council arrive and cast the rune barrier to stop Natsu from moving, Natsu yell inside the barrier, telling the council to let him out of the barrier, but the council just ignore him, knowing that Natsu is the responsible for this.
As Natsu tries to escape from the barrier, the Medical Corps arrive and tend the injured mage, after they apply the first aid to the mage's body, they carry it, and run it to the closest Hospital.
The injured mage gain conciousness, and as the Medical Corps run her towards the closest hospital, they need to pass by where Natsu had been captived inside the barrier, as they pass where Natsu is, the injured mage, "SMILE", and say....
"I'M SORRY NATSU"
