Orion could possibly be a scavenger name, but probably not. It's a constellation.

Orion seems appropriate for a NightWing.

Er... I'll be honest; I guess? I've been called attractive before. Normally, due to my scale pattern. Other than that, the other flattering adjectives I normally receive are 'cute' and 'oh, wow, his face is so squishy!' Not sure if the latter is a compliment. (Yes... Ish.)

Is your character described as extremely attractive? (+5)

That's a bit of a stretch.

Has your character been proclaimed to be the most beautiful dragon to ever live? (+20)

From my parents, but they're my parents, after all. They don't exactly count in this question. (No)
