Klaus and Tatia were officially together for almost a week now and Klaus didn't push Tatia to have further contact with each other which Tatia was very glad he didn't. So for these couple of days, they just did some normal couple's stuff like having dinner and watching movies together but without a bit of touching.
Even though Klaus didn't say anything about the new policy between them but Tatia was still afraid that the more days they were together, Klaus would want more between them and would start asking questions.
So, Tatia came up with an idea to meet up with the girls once in a while just to have some time away from Klaus and he again... didn't suspect a thing.
Tatia's P.O.V.
So I was shopping with the girls now, and later on we would probably go for high tea-ing and etc. and these seemed like a routine for me now.
Normally, I didn't like shopping and doing all those other girly stuff that much but now I started to like to do them which I thought probably was influenced by Caroline.
Before, I only shopped for special occasions like the senior prom and the Founder's ball which would be next month.
Don't get me wrong, I did love fashion and matching my clothes with the right color, fabric and trend but I just didn't like the process of shopping. I was weird, I knew it. Well, now I loved shopping so, all was forgiven.
So, we'd done for shopping now and we found ourselves a pretty small but comfortable cafe to settle down for high-teaing. Although this place was small, the renovation was quite modern and the decorations were exquisite.
After we found ourselves a table, we ordered an English afternoon tea set and four cups of coffee which the waitress claimed that was the world's best coffee. After the waitress finished taking our orders, she walked away and we started talking.
"So," it's Elena who started the conversation, "I can't stop wondering why would you rather spend time with us than with Klaus because from all of our experiences, girls normally can't even be apart from their lover for a while in the first month together. But... it seems like you are not one of the normal girls..." Elena finished saying what I thought she and the rest of the girls wanted to ask for a very long time and decided to finally spill it out.
"Well, isn't it so wonderful of me that I didn't forget about you girls when I'm in love!" I teased them. They laughed but still, they were not satisfied with my answer.
"Really? I mean, I don't know, I just feel like you're hiding something..." Elena said but was cut off by Bonnie ," Yeah, I know right? I know you're hiding something from us, remember, I'm a witch, I know it when I see it!"
I knew I couldn't keep it a secret forever especially from these know-it-all girls so I trusted the girls and told them the truth.
---Meanwhile---
"So that's all, I spilled it all out. Please promise me you won't tell Klaus!" I begged.
Caroline was the first to speak after my confession.
"Wow... just wow, Tatia! How can you keep this from us, I thought we're best friends!" Caroline said. "Of course you're my best friend, you all are, but I just don't want to risk you girls being compelled by Klaus so that he could get answers from you when he's finally became suspicious and decided to find out the truth on his own rather than asking me right away." I explained.
"Okay, sorry for my reaction just now, but you do know that you'll have to tell him sooner or later because I don't know how can you maintain a relationship and not involving ANY touching, like seriously, not even holding hands?" Caroline asked with her typical attitude.
I just nodded. and there's a moment of silence. Of course I knew I would have to tell Klaus sooner or later, but I had to some up with a good scenario and the perfect phrase to tell him because he would be so mad when he knew it and I needed to make sure I told him at the right time and at the right place.
The waitress came to our table with the food we'd ordered and we all immediately took a sip of the coffee right away and my god, that WAS the best cup of coffee I'd ever tasted!
After consuming more energy, we decided to go watch a new movie called "Twilight" because of our large amount of purchase at Cotton On, we had gotten ourselves four free tickets to watch the movie.
And when the movie ended and started to show the credits, we all left immediately.
We shared looks to each other to show how bad we thought the movie was.
Caroline finally spoke up, "I'm glad these tickets are free, because I will not spend my money to waste my time on this BS movie. This whole crap is an insult to vampires and well, also werewolves, which I'm speaking on behalf of Tyler."
We all agreed with a giggle and continued our girl's day...
