Klaus & Tatia (The Vampire Diaries)

Chapter 2

"So... You're Tatia the Original Petrova who gets to live the eternity, not the crazy bitch Katherine... Thank god! You scared the hell out of me just now!" Elena said with relieved. I giggled and walked closer to Elena so to see every single details of my descendant. "We really do look alike, one day, I would like to meet that Katherine you mentioned too... that would be interesting..." I said then Elena shooked her head and said, "You wouldn't want that, trust me!" We three began to laugh.

Elena then started to talk about her vampire boyfriend Stefan and his vampire brother Damon Salvatore. She said that they'd fell in love with Katherine back in 1864 and had been played by Katherine. And now, the Salvatore brothers fell in love with another doppelganger... Well, that's the life of being a Petrova... We were doomed...

This conversation made me think of the two people that used to love me a thousand years ago and I missed them so much... But they were the Original vampires so I didn't think Jeremy and Elena would  know anything about them. "So, you've been locked up in a cave by dead witches for a thousand years right? Can you tell us why?" Jeremy asked. And then the tragic event in the past just appeared in my mind...

Flashback

Klaus, Elijah and me ran quickly to their house as we'd heard that their little brother was dead because of the attack of the werewolves. The Mikaelsons' family was so upset and angry at that time and I was upset too as both of my love Klaus and Elijah were crying desperately. I got even more upset especially when I saw Klaus kneeled down in front of his dead brother and screamed. Poor Klaus, his favourite little brother had just passed away, leaving him...

Then Esther, their mother who's a witch thought of something that could prevent another attack from the werewolves... she wanted to turn her family into vampires... She asked me if I could help her out by donating a few drops of blood to the drinks... I agreed as I couldn't bare to see Klaus nor Elijah got hurt, I couldn't loose them so I cut my finger with a dagger and a few drops of blood came out and fell to the drinks that the Mikaelsons' family had to drink. Esther then mumbled a few words and they all started to drink... the ritual began.

After a couple of minutes, they all fell to the ground and by the time they woke up, Esther had already prepared a human for them to feed on to complete the transition. They only drank a little bit of the blood from the human so that human didn't die. I was so happy that they were now strong enough to protect themselves and could spend the eternity together with me as I was an original doppelganger and they were the original vampires...

But the next day I woke up, when I went out to pick some flowers, I only saw dead people on the ground and blood everywhere! This couldn't be, they wouldn't do that! They promised they wouldn't kill anyone! And then my head hurt like hell, it's like there's an unknown force squeezing my head and I heard someone spoke to me... the spirit of the dead witches... "You...Tatia Petrova... broke the rules of nature by helping Esther to create those monsters! You... need to be punished! You are... responsible for the dead victims and the future of the human world as those monsters will cause more tragedies... Esther was killed by Klaus just now as he found out that he's a hybrid... and now, you're the only one left to be punished..." They said in my head and suddenly... I blacked out...

By the time I woke up, I was in a cave.. I tried to get out but I couldn't and then the spirits talked again, "No use for shouting! You will be locked up in this cave for a thousand years as punishment... that means you can't see Klaus and Elijah.... Enjoy youir time of punishment..." And tears came out from my eyes... not because I needed to be in a cave for a thousand years but because I couldn't see Klaus ... the love of my life and Elijah... the best friend who loved me...

Flashback ended

I started to cry out loud as I remembered all those moments I spent with Klaus and I missed him so badly...  "So that's my story..." I said. I saw Elena and Jeremy who looked shocked and then the next thing happened was that I was strangled by a man that suddenly appeared in the house. "I heard you said Klaus... Don't you help bring Elena to him or I'll rip your heart out!" He shouted and Elena stopped him by telling him to calm down and that I was her friend.

He put me down immediately but still couldn't stop glaring at me. "Who are you?" I tried to speak up as I was still trying to breathe properly. "Damon. Damon Salvatore." And behind him was another man... I guessed he was Stefan Salvatore. They told us all the things that Klaus had done to them... He killed Elena once but her father John Gilbert saved her by some kind of magic and now, Klaus needed her blood to create hybrids... 

"So you love Klaus? He's a badass!" Damon said with a disgusted look. "He used to be a nice and kind person... but I'm not sure after he turned into a vampire... because I haven't seen him then..." I replied. "You should move on Tatia... go meet some new guys and forget this jerk... He is totally a different person from what you've described... he's a total monster!" Stefan added. I thought deeply but I really couldn't forget the love between me and Klaus... There's something special between us... We were meant for each other and we're linked...I loved him... I loved him with all my life but did he forgotten about me? I was so confused right now...

Elena knew that I was upset and understood that I couldn't forget about Klaus as I hadn't stopped loving him for a thousand years and so, she told me something unexpected, "Klaus is in New Orleans for some business and he said he'll come back in a few days... maybe you can meet him by then!"

OMG! Klaus would be here! I was so happy all of a sudden and Elena said this kind of mood was best for shopping and she pulled me to the mall and taught me all about the modern fashion and I started to catch up real quick and I've bought lots of things back home... (The Salvatore Boarding house as there were spare rooms and Elena told the Salvatores to let me live there so, it was my home now.)

I couldn't wait to see Klaus in my new look...   

Klaus' P.O.V. 

Today's the day that I 've been looking forward to for a thousand years... I could finally meet my lovely Tatia... I went back to Mystic Falls as soon as I could and I brought some food and water to the cave near the Mystic Cemetery...

OMG... The cave door was opened... and nobody was inside... Tatia must had been gone for a while... Where could she be? And when I looked around... I saw the only grave with fresh flowers in the whole cemetery... the Gilbert's grave... I then gave a little smirked...

Tatia... I was coming for you now...
