The End of SAO

Yuri's pov

It was 1:45pm as me and Sica was at the HQ since our 4 days are done. We were in a meeting with everyone at the great hall in HQ. Hyunseok starts to speak as everyone was inside the great hall.
"I have some bad news for some of you guys. Some may know seventeen that we sent them to join other 6 different guilds to prepare a boss fight, but the first guild, not ours, but some other guild went first, towards the center of the battlefield, they have been completely wiped out by the boss and they were trapped inside.. All 6 guilds including ours."
"So an anti-crystal area." I said as I was angry about it
"But when we sent in reinforcement to help out, there was no one there, not even the 6 guilds or any trace of the boss."
"What?" Jessica muttered
"That's impossible!" I said
"But anyways, we can give up now, we still need to clear the game. We can attack with the largest group we can gather." Hyunseok said
"We'll come to help you, but if we are in a dangerous situation, my first priority is to protect safety, nothing else." I said sternly as he nod
"Very well. I can't stop you from doing that. Though it may be a risk of losing many players, do whatever you want. I'm expecting a good fight from you later." He said

"So the next 2 hours right? What should we do??" Jessica asked.
"What's wrong??" She asked again as she was in front of me
"There's something I want to tell you.. So don't get mad at me when I say this...." I said with a sad expression on my face
"What is it??" She asked as she hold my hands
I look into her eyes and said
"Don't come to today's boss fight you hear? Just wait-"
SLAP!
"Why would you say that?" Jessica said with tears in her eyes
"There's no use of using our teleporting crystals.. I'm.. Im just scared.. If something have happened to you... I... I... I don't know what I would do if you died." I said as my eyes were starting to tear up as well
"While you put yourself in danger, I'll be waiting for you at a safe place!! And what if you don't come back! Huh?? It'll be the same way anyways! It's either we die together or you die alone!" She said
"I'm sorry... I just want to run away with you. I want to live with you in that house forever." I said wiping her tears away
"I want that too. We can be forever together." She said crying hard on my shoulder as tears roll down my cheeks slowly

We teleported to the 85 floor. As we stepped out of the portal, people from other guilds were looking and whispering about us.
"Hey Yul!" I heard someone said as I saw Chan and Taeng
"Yo." Chan said as we were in front of them
"You guys are here too??"I asked as they nod
"What about you shop Chan??"I asked
"I closed down my shop so I can help out. Can't you see that I want to help you guys out??" He asked as I shook my head
"I guess we'll remove you when the items drops." I said
"I-i... I'm sorry." He said as I smiled and took his head under my arm and messed up his hair
"Yea! That's what I thought!" I said as we were both laughing
"Hey!! Come on! My hair!!" He said as I let go as we all laughed until someone comes through the portal.
We stopped laughing as Hyunseok and the 5 elite leaders came through and opened the portal
"Let's go." Hyunseok said as they went through

"I have a bad feeling about this." Jessica said as I nod
"I feel the same way too." I said
We were in front of the boss door as we were equipping our armor and weapons and are ready to battle.
"The KBO will hold off the boss attack, while he rest will attack in patterns. I do hope we will clear this floor." He said as everyone cheered
I was quiet as I was clenching my hands as I heard Jessica said
"It's ok. I'm here with you. I'll protect you and your protect me, ok?"
"Yea. I will protect with all my might." I said as we both smiled at each other

The door slowly opened as everyone was ready to charge in. I took out my two swords as I was beside Taeng and Chan
"Don't die yet." I said as Taeng scoffed
"You too."
"I'm not gonna die while I'm in this game. No way." Chan said
"CHARGE!" Hyunseok shouted as we all ran in
We went into the center of the field as nothing was there yet. We all waited as the door closed. I liked around as someone said
"Looks like nothing is here." A boy said as I heard something chattering
"Above us!!" I shouted as everyone looked up
It was a skeleton reaper that looks like a bug with lots of legs but no skin and also with two sharp blade hands and have 6 health bars. Everyone looked scared by the look of it. But I didn't try to look scared at all, I kept my brave face one.
"Stay away from it!!" Hyunseok shouted as we all went on the sides as there was only three people running to the sides as the boss jumped to the center and killed the three of them
"K-killed them.."Taeng studder
"With o-one hit??" Chan said finishing the sentence
The Skeleton reaper charged at the others as Hyunseok blocked it's attack and killed another person. He then charged at another group of people, but I ran toward them and blocked it's attack with my two swords
"Get back!!" I shouted as they ran back
That boss was about to swing it's blade hand at me, but Hyunseok blocked it while Jessica attack which made the boss slid back a bit
"If we block together like this, we can attack it better!" Jessica said
"Ok. Everyone!! We'll deal with blocking the boss attacks while the rest of you will attack together on the sides!!" I shouted as they all nodded
"Let's go!!" Chan said as everyone went to the sides

We continue to block as some of the team were killed or injured as it was almost defeated
"Everyone attack!!" Hyunseok shouted as we continue to hit the skeleton reaper until it disappear into crystals.
As it disappeared, a bar appeared as it was over. Everyone cheered as they were happy, but also sad as some of them were friends...
"25 people died." I said as everyone was surprised.
I looked around and saw Hyunseok standing so proudly with a only half way of health and then I realized something. I took my swords and stood up as Jessica looked at me confused
"Yul?"
I charged at Hyunseok as he almost blocked my attack, it didn't as it was blocked by a purple source that said "immortal object." As it was the same thing to Yoseob and the unknown ghost monster. Everyone was shocked as Hyunseok was calm.
"W-what's going on, commander Hyunseok??" Jessica asked
"This man is protected by the game so his HP that never falls into the yellow zone. That's always been bothering me ever since I joined the KBO. 'Where is he hiding and watching us' is what I kept thing, but I forgot a simple little piece. Something that any kind knows that there's nothing as boring while watching someone else play a RPG game, am I right, Kayaba Akihiko." I said as everyone shocked
"Can I asked how you figured it all out??" He asked
"The first time when I dueled you, I knew something was wrong with it. It was the last attack and you were too fast." I answered
"I knew that was a big mistake. You were powerful to the point and so I needed an assist from the system." He said as everyone was still shocked
"Yes. I'm Kayaba Akihiko and I'm the game's final boss who's is waiting for you on the last floor." He said as now everyone is scared while Jessica clinged onto my arm
"What a bad move, showing them the greatest player becomes the most unkilling boss who's HP never drops to the yellow zone." I said
"Not bad.. I always thought you might be the one that stands on the same battlefield with me at the last floor. Giving a double sword skill to a player with a fast reaction and also becomes a hero who is also called a beater, but your power succeed than what I thought it would. With these unexpected events, I just don't want to miss them." He said
"H-how could you do this to KBO!!" One of the elite leaders said as he was about to attack but Kayaba paralyzed him.
"Paralysis??" I muttered as Jessica was slipping off my arm
"Yul?" She said as I caught her.
"Now what?? Are you gonna go and kill us all and leave nothing behind??" I asked
"Of course not. I would never do something that is unreasonable. I have no choice but to wait for you all at the last floor. I raised the KBO and the other front line players and so a shame to leave them half ways there, but I'm sure with all your power, your guys will reach to me, someday. But first thing first, Yul. I want to reward you for noticing my identity. I'll give you one award."
"A award??"
"Yes.. A award to fight me one on one. I'll also deactivate my immortal status to make it fair. Defeat me and the game with be finally over with.. Everyone can log out." He said as I was shocked
"Don't do it Yul. Let's retreat first." Jessica said
I looked back the times when the game had started, everyone mad and scared, people dying from quest of adventures and Yoseob disappearing which made me angry for Kayaba Akihiko to make this game in the first place
"Fine. Let's finish this at once." I said
"Yul."
"I'm sorry, but this isn't something I don't want to run away from."
"You're planning to die.. Aren't you?" Jessica asked as i shook my head
"I won't. I'm going to win.. For us. I'll end this for us." I said
"Ok. I believe in you Yul. Everyone here is." She said as I bridal style her to lie next to Chan and Taeng and also missed her forehead
"Yul! Don't do it!" Taeng said
"Chan, thanks for supporting my swordsman class for all this time. I know that's where you spent all of your earnings and improve players skills. Taeng. Sorry for leaving you behind." I said
"Yul!! I won't forgive you!! You have to promise when we get out of here, we will see each other on the other side!!" Taeng said as I nodded
"Sure.. I will." I said as I turned and face Kayaba.
"I hope you don't mind, but I have one request."
"What is it??"
"When I die, which my intention is not to, but if I did, I want to see if Jessica don't kill herself."
"Ok. I will do that." He said as he took off his immortal status.
"Don't Yul!! This is unfair!!" Jessica shouted as I took out my two swords.
Our HP was both in the yellow zone
This isn't a duel anymore.. This is between life and death situation. I'm going to kill him with all my might!! I thought as I charged first as I attacked
He was the one who designed the double sword skill and is using the system to predict where I attack. I have to defeat him with my own power without using any skills. I thought as we were battling
Faster!!! I have to be faster!! I thought as I was attacking him as he was blocking my attack. He blocked my sword and deflected it which made a scratch on my cheek as it was angry even more and use the skill. He smirked at me as I use the skill to make me attack even more and attacking quickly. I then made his shield deflect on his side as I made a scratch mark on the side of his stomach and made more as he then blocked my attack and pushed me away. I was panting as he was standing there across from me calmly. He was in the orange zone while I was in the red zone.
I have to finish this
I charged at him as he was ready to block. I attack with the skill again with faster moves than before. I then disappeared behind him as he didn't know
"Say goodbye!" I said as I stab him in the back as he was done, but then he stab me as well
"Yul!!"
Kayaba looked at me and smiled
"You win." He said as he disappeared into crystal.
I feel into my knees as I took out the sword off of my stomach as I feel to the ground. Everything went black.

Jessica's pov

The paralysis was gone as Yul was on the floor. I ran towards her as her HP was almost gone. She fainted as the game said
"The game has cleared. I repeat. The game has been cleared. You may now log out of the game."
Everyone in the boss room was cheering and celebrating as Yul did it. They all logged out as they were able to
"Jessica." I heard Taeng said as I looked up and saw Taeng and Chan beside us
"Well, logout. Tell Yul to meet us when she logs out." Chan said
"Also tell her that she kept a promise to me." Taeng said as I nodded
"I'll tell her." I said
"Thanks. See you soon." Chan said as they both logged off as it was just me and Yul
I hugged her as we were teleported to the sky. I looked around as there was nothing but clouds around us. I heard a moan as I saw Yul slowly waking up.
"Mm.. What happened?? Where are we??" She asked
"I don't know." I replied as she suddenly stood up and said
"Are we dead??" She asked as I shook my head
"You won." I said as she smile
"Thank god." She said letting out a sigh
"Everyone from the boss floor finally logged out. I said as she smiled again and kissed me
We looked from above as the game world was being distorted slowly as we saw our house being destroyed as well.
"Pretty view isn't it?" Kayaba said as he was in a white lab coat
"Kayaba Akihiko."
"Everything from SAO is being destroyed, even the date and information from the hard drive. Within 15 minutes everything will be gone... Forever." He said
"What happened to everyone down there??" Yul asked
"They are able to logged out already.. About 7,846 players were logged out." He said
"And the other 5,728 players that died?" I asked
"They will never return into the real life." He said
"Why.. Why do something like this??" Yul asked
"Why?? I don't even know anymore.. When I start making this system, I was creating something that surpassed our laws and restrictions from the real world. That was what I wanted to live in forever. And now I know how it feels. I've been waiting for a long, long time for my dream to come true and it finally happened, but you know, Yul.. Jessica... I believe that something like this really exist in other worlds." He said
"Yea.. I hope your right." Yul said as I nod
"Also.. One more thing.. Congratulations on clearing the game, Yul.. Jessica." He said
"I must be going. Goodbye." He added as he disappears

We sat on the clear ground as the world was done being destroyed
"I guess this is goodbye then." Yul said as I shook my head
"This isn't a goodbye Yul. We will log out together as one. But before we do that, tell me your name.... Your real name." I said
"Yuri. Kwon Yuri. But friends call me Yul for short. What's your name?" She asked
"My name is Jessica. Jessica Jung."
"Jessica... Jung.... Jessica Jung... I'm sorry.. I'm sorry." Yuri said as she starts to cry
"I'm sorry that I promised to bring you to the real world. I-I-"
"It's okay. I'm happy that was finally able to meet her Yuri and to be able to live with you together. This is the best thing that have happened to me in my life. Thank you. I love you." I said as she cried in my shoulders
Then a white light appeared as everything went white.

Yuri's pov

I woke up as I saw lights on the ceiling, I took out my nerve gear as I cried in my hands as Jessica popped in my mind.. I them slowly stood up as I slowly walked into the halls, making my way to Jessica.. If was in the same hospital...

End of season one!! Next will be season two! Awwe.. The ending was sad.. I hope it make some of you readers cry.. lol anyways, I will continue on updating on this unless you guys want me make another story for it.. Please comment on what I should do.

I already done number one and now three more season left as then I'm done with making SAO. I don't mean to sound happy when I say I'm done with the story. I'm happy that a lot of you readers are happy to read my story, even though you guys already seen the anime. I just sometimes think maybe I would get one of my stories to have the most vote to be on the first page.. But that I don't care anymore..
