CHLOE'S P.O.V
I spent most of yesterday evening shopping with Belle. We are really close now and I feel like I can trust her with anything.

I'm gonna pick Belle up so I had to hurry up this morning. I skipped breakfast and sped off to Belle's house.

I drove up to her gate and beeped twice to let her know that I was there. I heard a lot of yelling in Belle's house.

She walked out of the house with an exhausted look on her face but she faked a smile when she saw me.

"Hey" I said. "Hey" she said. "Are you okay ?" "Nope" " Do you wanna talk about it?" "Nope" she said popping the 'p'. "Okay" I said and I drove off.

After school Belle said that she would stay with me to work on the project because I really didn't want to see Justin and I'm pretty sure that he doesn't want to see me either.

We were almost finished until we heard a knock on the door.Belle said "Were you expecting someone?"with an eyebrow raised." Nope. Not that I know of" I shrugged and got up and answered the door to see Justin standing there with his head down.

He looked at me and I gasped" What happened to you?!" He had a lot of bruises and cuts and his bottom lip and nose were bleeding.

"Some assholes beat me up and took my phone. I need to borrow yours to call my mom" he said. He looked so weak and awful.

I carried him to the living room where Belle was. When she saw us she gasped and said "What happened?!" "I'll explain later" I said and I put Justin on the couch. He winced and I mumbled a 'sorry'.

Belle said " See you guys at school!"and ran out the door. That's weird. I sighed and went for the first aid kit and my phone.

I gave Justin my phone and he called his mom and hung up. He looked at me and said " My mom's gonna buy me a new phone" and I nodded. "Please talk to me!"he pleaded. "Why?" I asked." Because your my bestfriend and I need you in my life!"he yelled. "Well you didn't seem to need me when you had Belle around !" I shouted back.

"You were jealous? " he asked calmly. "Of course I was jealous! She comes along and it's like I didn't even exist!" "I'm sorry for hurting your feelings and I'm sorry for acting like such a-" "Asshole? Jerk? Back-stabbing bitch?!" "Yeah. The truth is that Belle understands me just like you do but no one could ever replace you. I purposely did it to make you jealous-"

"Wha-"

He raised a finger "Hold on let me finish" I sighed. "I did it to get back at you for what happened at the carnival-"

"Your still holding a grudge against that?"

"Well I did ....but seeing that I hurt you I regret it all"

I gave him a small smile and nodded waiting for him to continue.

"Belle has a boyfriend anyway and I only see her as a friend. I'm really sorry for what I did and I hope that you can forgive me" he said with sadness in his voice.

I chuckled and his head shot up to me. I said "Of course I forgive you.....and I may have over exaggerated a little" I said smiling at him . He smiled brightly and hugged me.

I hugged back and heard him whimper. I may have hugged him too tight.

I jumped back and said"Sorry!" He chuckled and said "It's okay it was worth it" and winked at me. I blushed.

I took the tools out of the first aid kit and said " It's gonna sting?!" He smiled at me and I felt butterflies in my stomach.

He is so hot.

Wait. What?! Chloe snap out of it and focus!

"It's okay hit me" he said and squeezed his eyes shut as if he was going to die. I laughed and placed the medicine on his cuts.

"Fuck!"he hissed. I laughed. When I was finished cleaning him up he asked if he could stay and of course I accepted.

I put my pyjamas on and crawled into bed. I felt the space beside me deepen and someone put their hand on my waist.

I tensed but relaxed when I smelled Justin's colone. He raspily whispered 'goodnight' in my ear sending shivers down my spine.

I smiled and said" Goodnight" He pulled me to his chest and I scooted closer to him if that's even possible.

He kissed my head and I later fell asleep because of the rising and falling of his chest.

Awww. Justin and Chloe made up but there are going to be bumps along the road.
