*Description: A young woman regretfully explains to her parents over a voicemail that she had tried smoking with her friends. Use a cellphone as a prop for this monologue. This should take two to three minutes.*

Hey, Mom, Dad, it's me. So, um, today when school let out one of my friends offered me a ride home, so I took it. While we rode, two of them pulled out cigarettes, and started smoking them... Then they offered one to me, and... And..... Well, I took it! I'm so so SO sorry so please go easy on me when I come home. I feel terrible and I'm sick to my stomach. I promise I'll never to this again for as long as I live... Just please come pick me up. I'm at the gas station. Love you. Bye.
