Chapter Four - The Beginning of Evil World

"Boss, are we going to continue our plans on that village?"

*"ofcourse...prepare yourselves... We are leaving..."

Semi's POV:

Kakauwi ko lang sa bahay nang makita ko si papa na umiiyak.
He was holding the baby picture of my brother, and it looks like, he really missed him. That time, nagdadalawang isip ako kung sasabihin ko sa kaniya o hindi, na dumating si kuya sa bahay.

But when I saw my father's tears, I felt guilty that's why I decided to tell him about the other day, that my brother came here but, not to see us,

"Umm...Papa,? I have something to tell you, listen to me..."
I nervously said.

"What's that son?"
he wiped his tears on his face and asked.

(sighed)...
"Umuwi si Kuya Shori dito noong isang araw,..."
I replied.

"Eh?! bakit ngayun mo lang sinabi? Sana tinawagan mo ako para naipagluto ko siya---"

"Pero umuwi siya hindi para makasama ulit natin,"
Sagot ko naman.

"Eh?...What do you mean?"
he asked.

I became silent and I don't want to hurt his feelings but I need to tell him the truth. I don't know if he will understand but, I have to tell him.

"he did not came here to visit us, and he told me that he did not came here to be back with us,"
I looked him straight and answered.

He bowed his head and continued to cry.

"That's not true... I'm his father, and we're family, he will be back, maybe he's just busy but, he'll come back again to see us, right son? Semi?"
He added positively.

Wala naman akong masagot, but I don't want to lie. In that moment, I felt like I'm being down, and frustrated.
Kahit gusto kong pasayahin si papa, hindi ko kayang gawin.

"It's true!!...he said,... he don't want you to be his father anymore.
He doesn't love you anymore!!! Please understand that, He's gone!! And he'll never come back!! And that's the truth!! Listen to me father,... I know it's very difficult to accept this but, He's not your son, nor my brother anymore... He's not our beloved Shori anymore!!!"
I exclaimed while trying to explain everything.

Natahimik kaming dalawa at di ko napansin na lumuluha na din pala ang mga mata ko...
Agad ko namang pinunasan ang luha ko dahil ayokong ipakita kay papa na mahina ako.

"I understand. I'm sorry son, for always having a trouble to you. I guess you're right, this is the time that, we will forget about him. Tutal, mas minahal siguro ang kapatid ko. Forgive me son,"
he said.

Parang nalinawan na ang lahat kay papa but, it's not that easy to forget pero nakikita ko naman kay papa na, tinatanggap niya na ang lahat.

Sumaya ulit kaming dalawa nang bigla kong maalala ang sinabi sakin ni kuya tungkol sa grupo nila.

Pinaalam ko naman kaagad kay papa ang tungkol sa sinasabing grupo ni kuya,

"Nga pala papa, may nasabi sa akin si kuya tungkol sa isang grupo daw nila, gusto niyang maging kasama ako sa grupo---"
I didn't continue my sentences when my father shut my words,

"Pumayag ka?!!"
He directly asked.

Nagulat ako sa naging reaksyon niya dahil parang may alam siya tungkol doon.

"N-No. I-I-I didn't accept his offer..."
Sagot ko naman habang takang, taka.

"Kahit sino pa ang mag anyaya sa'yo tungkol sa mga grupo, grupo na yan,... wag kang papayag."
He added.
