Not Your Typical Party

Chapter 3

School was a complete drag. The only thing I could concentrate on was the party and I knew that if my mom found out I was dead. Yesterday I had been let off easy when I got home and only had to be tortured for a little while. My mother loved to torture me, I think her favorite part is coming up with all different ideas each time. Yesterday I had been lucky and only had to sleep in our dead dog's doghouse for the night. Anyways I knew that I couldn't let myself go at this party.... if I got out of hand things could go really bad, really quick.

Tylers' POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Party...Party...Party. Thats all I could think about and how crazy of a night it was going to be. Jane wasn't the crazy party person so I knew I would have to keep myself calm and not go full out crazy for her first party. Tons of people were already drunk just waiting for school to end and then going to the party hours early. The invitation really should have said come whenever. Two people have already gotten kicked out today and another guy named Josh went full out crazy and peeded all over the teacher and everyone was excused it was the best!!! I can't wait for the party, but I still have no idea what I'm going to be. I heard some of the girls saying they were going to be bunnies as always, but I'm interested to see what Jane will surprise me with.

School had finally ended and I rushed home to change into my costume. I had decided to tell my mom that I would be staying over my friend, Kayla's, house and she bought it, but expected a call from Kayla's mom every half hour. But what my mom didn't know was that Kayla's mom is best friends with Brittany's mom and wouldn't want to ruin the party like that so she agreed to tell my mom we were at home....talk about a great mom. It took me a while to decide what to dress up as, but I finally decided to be a nerd because I already have the costume from two years ago and I love the puched out lenses glasses. I put my curled hair up into a bun and threw my outfit on. My long dirty blonde hair sat on the top of my head and I wore overalls with black glasses. I was finally ready. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I arrived at the party around 7:15 and everyone was here already partying hard. There were your common sluts in the bunny costumes and cat costumes, your over-achievers in totally wacked out costumes with each detail perfect, your jocks that came dressed in their uniforms, the boring people that wore no costumes, the gross people the literally wore nothing at all and then the middle men like me that picked out regular costumes and stuck to the program. I saw Tyler Simmins immediately wearing an adorable prince outfit, not that I thought he was adorable. Wow talking to myself again and I am ultimately going insane. Anyways not far behind him was plain Jane wearing a princess outfit and hugging her dear prince.. I frowned without realizing. What do I care really. I walked into the kitchen to find a huge line of snacks and just looking at the snacks and punch made me had to pee. "Excuse me do you know where the bathroom is", I pleaded to a random stranger. The stranger turned around and was no other than Brittany Willows in a skimpy cat outfit.

"Ugh over there she pointed". I quickly followed her finger to a door and opened it. The room contained a bed with two people making out half naked.

"Nasty", I mumbled under my breath. I left the room and found the bathroom one door away. Once I was done I went into the kitchen where someone had puked and decided I needed some air. I went outside only to find people streaking through the yard drunk.

"Hey", a random half naked guy said to me. "How you doing?"

"Better than you", I said pushing through him back to the house. This party was turning out to be a mistake. It was around 11 and I was basically ready to leave when Brittany had to make an announcement.

"Hello ladies, gentlemen, sluts, nerds, and unclassifieds. Tonight we have a very special game that everyone is required to participate in... Break the rules and your head will be shaved and any shred of a reputation or secret ruined. Gather round gather round"

"Great", I mumbled I turned to leave when I ran into two buff looking men that I've never seen before guarding the door.

"Like I said... Participation is required", Brittany spat while staring at me.

"What the hell is this? I'm allowed to leave whenever I want... You can't keep us hostage here", I argued getting very agitated.

"This is my party and what I say goes", Brittany hissed. "Now gather round". Everyone moved into a circle and in the middle was placed a single empty beer bottle. Oh great spin the bottle I suppose I thought quietly to myself. "Now this is a made up altered version of spin the bottle. I will spin the bottle twice and each time the bottle will land on a person. When the two people are chosen they will immediately become boyfriend and girlfriend for an entire week no ifs and buts about it. If two girls are chosen then the second bottle will be respun unless you don't want it too", she winked at us and continued on "throughout the week the pair will sit together at lunch, hang out after school for a minimum of four hours, do fun activities together such as seeing a movie, will meet each persons family, share at least one kiss on the lips, have a fun night of crimes, go to a party together and stay together and are not allowed to tell anyone about the bet unless they already know", she smirked scouting the crowds reaction. "If you plan on skipping any of these requirements trust me I will know and you will pay so choose wisely" I stood tongue tied this was not happening why did I ever come to this party...

Tyler's POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

My mouth hung open.. This was not happening. Normally I'm all up for fun and challenging games like this, but my relationship with Jane was just about to take off and now this. To know she would she be sucking some guys face didn't really make me happy. I couldn't believe Brittany was doing this... I have to say she's really messed up. "Shall we begin", she smirked not waiting for a reply and spun the bottle rapidly. The bottle spun and crooked to the side finally slowing to a gentle stop. "Name?", she asked

" The names Charles", the nerdy kid replied. Who is Charles I thought to myself. It's funny how you haven't even heard about half the kids in your grade.

"Well congratulations Charles for being the first", Brittany smiled giving the bottle a smack. The bottle came to a stop "name?"

"Hillary", the girl responded. I laughed silently seeing my ex-girlfriend, Hillary, getting paired up with Charles.. Maybe this would be some fun after all.
