Beige takes out an old paper, its edges beginning to curl and becoming thinner. Sooner or later, the paper will be just an ash. Despite the old look, the paper seems ancient and contains a lot of information. Beige lays it throughout the table, putting his index finger underneath his chin and studying the drawing on the map. He motions for us to go over him. Both Cooper and I place the groaning Brent on the chair, me rubbing his back for a couple of seconds before I go over to Beige. Once I'm there, I see that it's the map of the Zodiac City, which is pretty big, actually. The names of the towns are written in a cursive font. I found out that the ruined and abandoned houses were once a happy place, and the place is called the Virgo-I. I'm assuming that it's the first homes of the Virgo people, but who cares, it's all ruins and empty now. People don't live there anymore. The mystery is, how did it become ruins? Has a war happened before?

"I sneaked into the library and found this," Beige informs us as his eyes scan over us expectantly. He points at something in the map and both Cooper and I take a look at it. "These thirteen ends, they're the exit, and it's also the entrance to the Zodiac City. I stole this because we need a guide on going to the end if we want to get out of here. The purpose is, if we go the easier route, then we're just going there to be captured. Another thing, the thirteenth entrance is blocked and abandoned. Compared to the other twelve exits, this thirteenth exit is very spacious. Meaning, there's a chance that this is more than one exit but rather a gate or portal or something. Just looking at the barricade they have put, they made a lot of effort to hide this entrance to everyone."

Cooper nods, understanding the point of Beige. "We need to go to the harder and longest route," adds Cooper, staring at the map with scrutinizing eyes. "I will be the distraction. I'll copy Dylan and you guys take the other route. I'll lure them into a different path. Since there's a water area here, we can take that route so in case. Fighting is inevitable, so we better fight side by side. Are we the only ones?"

Cooper and Beige look at me then to groaning Brent. I nod slowly, telling them that we're the only dumb people to dare to get out of here. Beige nods at that and seems to take in the seriousness of this situation. He looks over at Cooper and they share a look, the type of looks that they're the only ones who understand it. Cooper's eyes spark and a smile makes its way into his lips, nodding at Beige.

"Okay," Cooper says as he clasps his palms, grinning. "Since Brent is still in pain, maybe an hour of rest will be fine. It would give me more time."

"More time for what?" I ask, arching a brow at him and looking hesitantly at Beige.

"We can't be the only ones who don't like it here," Cooper says matter-of-factly as he stares at me with brown eyes. His eyes are a less brown than Shawn's but it's still good nonetheless. "I'll only take an hour. I'll try to convince London since I remember him saying to me that this place is weird and all. Hey, do you think Shawn would come with us?"

I shrug, not really knowing whether Shawn would come with us, considering what we're about to do is very dangerous and very deadly. For all I know, we could get killed. Hell, I bet Penthra Kaztala has ordered her men that if we ever got caught, it would be a shoot to kill order. Cooper sighs, takes a deep breath and makes himself a guard again. For a second, I admire him for his power because let's all admit it, changing your appearance is as awesome as hell. Cooper, in a guard appearance, tips his hat on us and then runs outside. Beige shakes his head with a smile on his lips. I wonder if there's something going on between Cooper and Beige. I mean, Brent, Shawn, Matthew, Ivan and I, we can't be the only ones that like... men?

Pushing the thought aside and letting Beige think of plans, I head over to Brent's sitting figure. I drag softly a chair next to him and take a sit on it, rubbing my palm across Brent's back and he sighs in relief. The blood on his forehead has dried off. His face is still contorting to a pain expression so I guess the pain is still overwhelming but tolerable. He takes a look on me and gives me a smile, telling me that he's fine and the pain will subside soon. Of course, I believe him, but that doesn't help me ease the guilt that I'm feeling. I have dragged Brently into my mess and now the two of us are being hunted. We have to get out of here as soon as possible.

Thoughts drifting to my father, I'm sure he'd get disappointed to what I've done. Basically I have put shame in Pisces name but I'm going to make sure that Penthra will be exposed to everyone. We will uncover the truth and let everyone see that Penthra is not really a people's person but rather a creature that has been hiding in her beautiful form. I'm going to make everyone see that Penthra is not the person everyone thinks she is.

After an hour, just like he promised, Cooper is back, bringing people a lot more than I expected. London is the first to enter the room, Cooper trailing behind him. His blonde hair is brushed to the site and his dimple on his left cheek deepen when he sees us. The next to enter is Giovanni Maximoff, from a town called Cancer. The one who has absolute control, I think, over Galaxy. I'm just assuming. When he let us see his power, the stars were basically dancing on the top of his palm. The next to enter is no other than one of my teammates, Kimberly Stein. The Sagittarius girl. When she sees me, she gives me an ear-splitting squeal and I flinch at the tone of her voice, shushing her down and she complies, hugging me instead.

The next person I did not expect to see to come with us is, used to be my enemy, Fiero Montrill. His light yellow hair waves a bit as he looks at me with a smirk tugging on his lips and I resist the urge to roll my eyes. Fiero is dumb, and I still hate him, just a little, but ever since the deal we have made, which was really nonsense, we have decided to put the bad blood aside.

By the time everyone has come inside the room, Brent is more than okay. He tells us that the pain has already subsided and he can manage to fight again. Cooper has brought me a shoes to wear. Earlier, he noticed that I was only barefooted so he tells me he decided to bring me shoes to wear so I'd feel comfortable. I thank him, wearing the shoes he has brought me and it surprises me that it really fits on my feet.

"Come on, let's get out of this city," Fiero says without patience in his voice. Everyone looks at him and he has a pouted lips ready on us and I roll my eyes at his childishness. At least he's not being a pain in the ass to everyone. Perhaps later.

Walking over Brent, he raises his arm up, telling me that he's okay and I look at him with cautious, as if in any minute, he'd fall down. He does not. Slowly and one by one, we get out of the house. Beige has drafted the route that we're going to take, and in any case this fails, he has another plan backed up. Really, Beige is really the smartest person in the group.

Beige leads the way, casually looking left and right and behind us, checking if there are any guards. There aren't any. The siren can still be heard but this time, it's fading. The pounding of the feet on the ground of the guards can still be heard. As we walk, suddenly there's a fire being thrown over to my left and I'm surprised to see that Fiero has a hard look plastered on his face, his hands smoking. Apparently, one of the guards has noticed us and decided to cast a magic but fortunately, Fiero noticed and took care of the matter as fast as possible. That's when we decide to run, knowing that we're just prolonging ourselves from getting out of this hellhole world.

Then the war has started. As we run, the guards soon appear in our way and Fiero keeps blasting fires on each enemy we have in front of us. Brent uses his mind power to lift objects, such as rock and all to throw into the enemy, using it as a weapon. One of the guards uses his Leo power and bursts out a fire on us, but London blocks it by lifting a huge piece of ground, using it as a shield for us not to get burned alive.

As more guards jump from the roof of the house, that's when the lightning strikes and Jelai comes in front of us with a menacing look on her face. She looks over her shoulder and gives us a wink and I sigh in relief, happy to see my friend Jelai again. Not only that but Shawn comes flying from the rooftop and lands on the ground, with a big black sword on his hand and staring at the guards with malice. That's not what surprises me. Matthew, his ex-boyfriend, is with him as well as Ivan.
