I snuck into school just fine and the last two classes were a breeze. I head over to the doors to meet Pony and Two-Bit. When I step outside I feel the breeze blow against my once warm skin. As a Soc walks by me his shoulder bumps mine sending me falling.
"Oh, I'm so sorry." He says while extending his hand to mine.
"It's fine." I say while flashing him a smile. He's pretty cute. If he wasn't a Soc maybe I'd have a chance.
"Are you okay?" He asks, flashing me a smile.
"Yeah." I say while brushing my hands on my pants.
"I'm Bob." He says while shaking my hand.
"Chrissy."
"I like that."
"Thanks." I blush and look down at the ground.
"I'll see you around." He says with a wink before walking past me. I walk over to Pony and Two-Bit with a sweet smile.
"What were you doing with some Soc?" Two-Bit asks.
"He bumped into me, that's all." I say while we walk to the Curtis house.
"What happened to your knuckles?" Pony asks me while lifting up my hands.
"Just had to take care of some stuff." I shrug.
"You sound more and more like Dally every day." Pony says while shaking his head.
"You think I'd have a chance with Bob?" I ask while walking up the steps of the Curtis house.
"Chrissy you're the most beautiful girl I know. You could have anyone. I just hope you know that good ole Dally won't be happy about it." Two-Bit says to me.
"Thanks, Two-Bit," I say while kissing his cheek,"but why wouldn't Dallas be happy?" I ask just as Dallas walks into the room with a piece of cake in his mouth.
"What won't I like?" He asks while chewing the cake.
"Nothing, Dal." I say while kissing his cheek quickly before sitting on the couch. I don't want to tell Dallas about my crush on Bob. He wouldn't get it. And I just feel funny about it.
"Okay." He says suspiciously while swallowing the cake. I flip on the TV and sigh when I see the news.
"Oh my god!" I groan while putting my head in the pillow next to me.
"What crawled up your ass?" Dallas asks while making room for him to sit down.
"Nothing. I just hate watching the news." I glare at him from behind the pillow.
"How's your knuckles?" Dallas asks while pulling my hands from the pillow.
"Sore." I say while taking the pillow off my face and placing it behind my head.
"How'd you know about her knuckles?" Two-Bit asks while walking into the living room with a beer bottle in hand.
"I was with her when she beat up Curly Shepard."
"You beat up Curly?" Pony asks in shock.
"Yeah, he trashed my locker."
"Why?"
"Because I didn't want him." I shrug while flipping off the TV.
"But I know who she wants." Two-Bit says while wiggling his eyebrows at me. My eyes widen and I look over at a not so happy Dallas.
"What's he talking about?" He asks while looking over at me.
"I don't know. I-I think I'm going to get going. Lots of homework." I say while standing up and speed walking out of the house. Once I'm out I jog home and pray that Two-Bit doesn't tell him. God, I'm gonna kill him. I walk into my house and toss my bag on the bed. God, I don't know why it bothers me so much. If Dallas finds out he'll probably never talk to me again. He hates Socs. I stare up at my ceiling with a sigh. So much for Dallas being nice.

I didn't see Dallas since yesterday at the Curtis'. I'm not surprised. I step into school grounds and feel the cold breeze against my skin. I rub my hands up and down my arms trying to get warm. All of a sudden I feel an arm wrap around my shoulders. Assuming it's Two-Bit I look up at him with a smile. My eyes widen when I see Bob instead.
"Hey." He says to me.
"Hi. Knock down any girls lately?"
"No." He says laughing.
"You look cold. Take my jacket." He says while pulling it off his and putting it on my shoulders.
"Thank you." I smile up at him.
"Hey, would you like too–" he suddenly stops talking wraps his arm tightly around my body. I look at what he's staring at and my eyes widen. It's Dallas! And he looks pissed.
"That's Dallas Winston." Bob says while trying to guide me away.
"I know." I say, not breaking my stare on Dallas. When he reaches us he knocks Bob's jacket off my shoulders and pulls me against him.
"Back off of my girl." Dallas says through gritted teeth. Bob shakes his head and walks off.
"Get the hell away from me." I say while pushing him off me.
"I was helping you out."
"No, you were helping yourself." I say tears welling in my eyes.
"I really liked this one and you just screwed everything up. God! I hate you!" I yell at him and walk away from the school and towards the Dingo. I don't go there often but I need a drink. I hear Dallas calling after me but I simply flip him off and carry on. When I reach the Dingo my tears have dried and I just want to hide away.
