Prologue

Rosabella's P.O.V.

"Rosabella?" I heard as I starred off into Daring's dazzling blue eyes.

"Rosabella?" I heard again as I completely ignored it.

"Rosabella!" I heard again recognizing Cerise's hoarse voice.

"Oh, uh, hi Cerise." I answered looking away from Daring.

"Thanks for the advice the other day, I scored a date with Daring and we are going out tonight!" Cerise said happily.

"Ohh," I said as my face fell. I didn't think he would say yes, I thought he actually liked me.

"Are you ok?" Cerise asked sitting next to me.

I nodded my head. "Yeah..."

"You sure?" Cerise asked putting a hand on my shoulder.

I nodded reassuringly.

"If you say so," Cerise said getting up and running off at lightning speed.

"Yeah...if I say so..." I said watching Daring walk into school.

I sighed and picked up my books, Maybe he isn't your prince...

A few hours later

"Rosabella?" I heard as I starred off into Daring's, once again, dazzling blue eyes.

"Rosabella?" I heard again and completely ignoring it till I heard a familiar clearing throat sound.

I had been starring Daring in the eyes and completely ignoring what he said to me! How embarrassing!

"Yes Daring?" I said nervously.

"Can I talk to you...in private?" Daring said pointing to Darling and Raven who were sitting across from me.

"Of course Daring," I said getting up and walking into the hall with him.

"I like you Rosabella...." Daring said after a few awkward moments.

"I like you to Daring....but what about Cerise?" I said nervously holding my left arm with my right hand.

"I...broke up with her. Because all I think about is you!" Daring said kissing me.

And I'm sad to say I kissed back.

Daring pulled away and smiled, "Fancy restaurant on me?"

"It's a date!" I said as he walked off.

"Rosabella?" I heard a familiar hoarse voice say.

I turned around to see a tearful Cerise.

"I never took you as the backstabber type!" Cerise said angrily pushing away her tears.

"What do you mean...?" I said biting my lip.

"You kissed my boyfriend!" Cerise said growling at me.

"But...you broke up..."

"Don't tell me that lie! I plainly told you today we went on a date! I should've known to never trust you!" Cerise said running off.

"Cerise!" I screamed running after her, but of course I was to slow...

And to this day we have a broken relationship, as well as my broken heart. Daring had lied to me, I broke the date off with him, but I know deep down inside that I love him. But I guess we just aren't meant to be.
