1 year later Daring's P.O.V.

My hands wrapped around her, I knew at this moment she was mine. The girl of my dreams finally mine, I starred at her brown eyes. Many don't think brown eyes are attractive, but these eyes were the light of my life. They seem to sparkle at me as I got closer to her, her lips were so dark and beautiful all I could think about was touching them.

"Daring wake up!" Rosabella said, that immediately snapped me out of my fantasy world. The world I wish I lived in.

"Daring your going to be late!" Darling said getting my clothes out.

"How many times do I have to tell you Darling!? I don't need you to act like mom and set out my clothes for me!" I yelled jumping out of bed.

"Ever since Rosabella dumped you, you've been sleeping in and acting like nothing matters! You should at least look decent," Darling said handing me a letterman jacket.

I shrugged, "Nothing does matter without her..."

"There are more fish in the ocean Daring..." Darling said leaning on the wall.

"But...none like her..." I said feeling myself die inside.

"Daring...you obviously need to get over her. So I'm setting you up on a date!" Darling said smirking at me.

I growled, "Don't you dare!"

"Sheesh just a suggestion...but if you really love her...talk to her!" Darling said getting up and walking away.

"You know how nervous I get...she hasn't talked to me....since..."

"You cheated on Cerise, honestly can you blame her? That was her best friend forever after!" Darling said turning around sharply.

"I know!" I said starting to cry, "And I regret every decision I made!"

"Daring...I-I didn't mean to make you cry." Darling said running over and hugging me.

Though the hug was reassuring and loving I wish it wasn't Darling, I wish it was Rosabella. I wish she could tell me it's alright...I wish she could tell me she loved me...I wish she would just love me. I let my tears fall, every single one about the girl that broke my heart. Every single one a reminder of regret and how this girl will never love me back.

"Daring...shh...shh." Darling said hugging me and patting my back.

I couldn't hold my feelings anymore, "I'm just a mess up!"

"No Daring your not!" Darling said cupping my face and making me look at her.

"Yes I am! If I had just broke up with Cerise like I was suppose to Rosabella and I would be a happy couple!"

Darling let a tear of her own fall, "It's going to be ok Daring...."

She hugged me normally and I cried into her hair. I could hear a few of her own tears.

"I love you Daring...I'm not going to let a girl hurt you like this again..." Darling said patting my back.
