You can choose to skip this chapter; it's everything that happens in the previous chapter, but from Rowan's point of view.
——————————————————————
Rowan's POV:
We all began to cheer when we heard a loud plop and we all saw Cedric Diggory, Harry and Liana appear in front of the stands, the Triwizard Cup clutched in Harry's hand. We had not one, not two, but three winners!
I stood up and next to me I saw Lucy, Hermione and Ron do the same. I inspected Harry and Liana closely; Liana was lying on the ground, next to Cedric, both probably completely exhausted; and Harry seemed very pale and he was... crying? He bent over Liana, protecting her with his own body and cried even harder. What had happened?
Suddenly, someone screamed and I realised it was Fleur. She was pointing at Cedric and Liana, her other hand covering her mouth in shock.
I quickly turned my head back to Harry, Liana and Cedric and noticed Liana and Cedric hadn't moved at all... Where they... dead?
I pulled Lucy with me as we went closer to Harry, Liana and Cedric. I wanted to make sure Liana was alive. She couldn't be dead, could she? It was just a trick of my mind.
Professor Dumbledore and Minister Fudge ran over to Harry, who was still crying.
"Harry!" Dumbledore said, trying to pull him away from Liana, but Harry wouldn't move.
"No!" He yelled, holding onto Liana tighter and grabbing Cedric's hand. His face was drenched with tears as he looked up to the stands.
"For God's sake, Dumbledore... What happened?" Mr. Fudge asked, grabbing Dumbledore's arm worriedly. Harry turned his head to Dumbledore again.
"He's back! He's back! Voldemort's back! Cedric — he asked me to bring his body back — I couldn't leave him... not there! And Liana —" his voice broke off and he began to sob uncontrollably again.
Liana was dead.
"No..." Lucy whispered beside me and I realised how hard of a shock this must be to her; her boyfriend and her best friend were both dead. I let go of her as she ran toward Liana, dropping to her knees beside her as she started to cry.
"What happened, Harry?" Dumbledore asked worriedly.
"Voldemort — he ordered Wormtail to kill Cedric," Harry sobbed. "Voldemort tortured Liana... He killed her!"
Tears began to stream down my face and I saw Hermione cry into Ron's shoulder.
Suddenly, someone ran onto the field. It was a boy, older than me, with flame red hair — George.
In the past year that I had known Fred and George, I had never seen them cry and honestly, they didn't seem like the type to cry often, but I could see George cry now as he dropped on his knees next to Liana.
Mr. Fudge walked away from Harry, Liana and Cedric, towards Professors Snape and McGonagall, who had made their way down the stands to see what was going on.
"Keep everybody in their seats!" He yelled to the adults in the crowd and I spotted Mrs. Weasley, holding tight onto Bill as she cried her eyes out.
Mr. Fudge turned to the two professors next to him and said,
"A boy's just been killed!"The crowd went dead silent and the few people who hadn't yet realised what had happened, gasped.
Mr. Fudge hurried back to Dumbledore, who was trying to calm Harry, Lucy and George down.
"The bodies must be moved, Dumbledore... There are too many people!" he told Dumbledore.
I shifted my attention back to Liana. George was bent over her, muttering words I could just hear,
"Liana, come back to me please..."
I could almost feel his pain; I counted Liana as one of my best friends.
"No!" Lucy was yelling, still crying. "Liana! Cedric!" George muttered something else in Liana's ear and the sight of their grief made my heart break even more. Without caring about what I was doing, I just simply sat down on the ground. I pulled up my knees and held them close to my chest, desperately trying to fill the empty hole in it.
"Please don't be dead," I could hear George say. "Please!"
As if she had heard him, Liana suddenly opened her eyes and took in a heavy, raspy breath. The crowd gasped and I had never felt so happy in my life.
I knew it wasn't the right thing to say, because Cedric was still dead, but I couldn't help but feel very happy at the sight of Liana breathing again.
"Thank God," I muttered, relieved tears streaming down my face.
As soon as Lucy had seen Liana take a breath, she went over to Cedric's body, still crying. Liana being alive didn't change the fact that Cedric was still dead...
"Let me through... Let me through!" someone yelled and I turned around as Amos Diggory, Cedric's father, rushed past me. He must have heard from someone what had happened.
Mr. Diggory stopped in front of his dead son and dropped to his knees.
"That's my son! It's my boy! It's my boy!" he said heart-breakingly. He began to cry with Lucy, bent over his son's body.
I saw Liana crawl toward Lucy and pull her into a hug. George joined them a few seconds later.
Moody suddenly appeared and helped a very distraught Harry to his feet. He supported Harry, who seemed to have an injured leg, and walked over to Liana, telling her to come with him. They set off into the darkness.
I walked over to Lucy, the feeling that I wasn't supposed to be so near Cedric's grieving father and friends growing. I wasn't one of Cedric's friends, I barely even knew him... but I wanted to console Lucy. I walked over to her, tears dropping down my cheeks and pulled her into a tight hug, letting her cry into my chest.

A/N: It's so sad...
Don't worry, I didn't write this chapter only to drag out Cedric's death scene a little longer... Okay, maybe that was also one of the reason...
No, I wanted to give you a closer look in Rowan's mind and thoughts. He's going to be an important character in the future.
Well, I hope you enjoyed!
