He pinned her to the wall. Their eyes met."R..Re..Reyy... she managed to say.shhh... he warned her.He held her cheeks and brushed them with his lips.She shivered with his touch. She clutched his hair for support.Tring...She woke up with a start. The sun showered its rays through the window panes to bring her back to reality. She turned around and found her hands clutching the pillow.A line of disappointment covered her forehead but took its defeat the moment she saw her husband sleeping peacefully next to her. No one would ever believe the business tycoon, the young achiever, strong headed guy would look like an innocent kid while sleeping.A smile crept her face.She got down and started her morning chores. After half and hour, he woke up as he heard the jingling sound of her bangles. He woke up and smiled at her. "Good morning Reyansh!" she said with a smile on her lips and coffee in her hands."Good morning Taani!" he replied receiving the coffee.She went out to begin her routines.It was 8:00 Am when she set the table and turned around to see her husband coming down. His hair was properly set and his black blazer added more charm to his muscular beauty. He came down giving orders to his secretary Leena. He smiled at her in between his call and started his breakfast with the newspaper in one hand.He noticed her looking at him and her face going down. He kept the newspaper aside and whispered "sorry".She smiled at him and he marked his exit to office after biding his goodbye.She returned to her room and started setting her bed. This was her everyday routine for the past 10 month now. While cleaning the room, she noticed his pic on the side table and rubbed her fingers gently on them. As the days grew longer, her love for Rey too grew. She never knew when he became her prince charming. He was never rude to her. He always respected her feelings. She wanted to quit her job and start a consulting business. He supported her in that too.Soon a salty droplet fell on the picture. She tried to convince herself that she was happy, but reality never stayed quiet for a longer time. And the reality was that he respected her, but never loved her. He supported her always as a friend but not as a life partner. But she couldn't blame him or complain because she knew that he was helpless. He was guilty for not reciprocating her love.
