Chapter 13: The secret of broken bed!!

The gang looked at each other and rushed downstairs to boys room where they heard the sound. They were shocked at the sight in front of them.Rey was all wet and shirtless. He was holding Taani's waist or rather they were in a compromising position held up in each other's magical world under the blanket and on the top of that the bed was BROKEN!!
The gang stood there with their mouths wide open.
"Freak!!" said the guys and closed their girls eyes whose eye balls were literally being popped out.
Taarey were startled at the gang's presence and Taani tried to wake up pushing Rey aside but the blanket and Rey's hard muscles made it very difficult to do so. It only resulted in collapsing the bed further pulling Rey more closer to her.
"Taani wait" shouted Rey but she didn't seem to listen.
The gang laughed further at their helplessness and the situation was turning more awkward for Taarey
"Guys enough!" shouted Sharon and there was silence at once.
"I think we should leave " suggested Swayam and everyone turned around, when they heard the sound of the bed further cracking.
"Keep Rocking guys" shouted Simmi unable to control her laughter anymore.
"Correction simmi...Keep BREAKING guys!" shouted Neil and the gang ran away from there laughing aloud.
taani tried to pull the blanket aside now with full force trying to get away from him as soon as possible.
"Taani wait! Itna hyper kyun ho rahi ho??" shouted Rey which made her stop her struggle for a moment and look at him.
He looked around. The bed was badly broken and they were pinned to each other as the blanket completely wrapped them together. Now there was only one way to get out of the blanket.
He held her waist and brought her more closer. She shivered by his touch and closed her eyelids. He slowly turned around. Now Taani was on the top of him. She opened her eyes. She was confused. She was about to say something when,
"shh.." he warned her to keep quiet and rotated once again moving on her top.
"R..Re.."
Before she could say something she felt her body becoming light. She could now see his half naked body now which were hidden under the blanket a few minutes ago and she found her hands on his chest. They starred at each other for a few seconds. She closed her eyes and suddenly she couldn't feel his heavy weight on her anymore. Only then she realised that he woke up. he forwarded his hands to help her get up. She took his hand and stood up from the collapsing bed. There was awkward silence and she ran away to her room leaving Rey behind confused.She went into her room and stopped near the bed for a moment. She ran into the restroom grabbing a towel and stood under the hot shower to calm down herself.Taani was busy playing with Maya. Taani was the ghost who was trying to catch MAYA. Maya ran into all the rooms and taani was chasing her. Rey who had just completed his bath came out all wet with just a towel wrapped around his body. He stood near the bed completely engrossed in his own world. Suddenly he found Maya running towards him. He smiled and streched his arms welcoming her.But before he could understand what was going on, Taani too barged into the room at the same speed. Taani who did not anticipate Rey couldn't stop herself and she went straight into his open arms and both of them fell on the bed and rolled over each other. Taani clutched the blanket that was lying on the bed for support and it interwined both of them together. They fell on the bed with such high intensity that the bed broke. MAYA who was least interested in what was going around her shouted, "Mei jeet gayi" and ran out of the room closing the door. He found his hands around her waist and this time it wasn't a dream. She closed her eyes in fear and her eyelids fluttered the moment she felt some tiny waterdroplets fall on her eyes from his wet hair. He couldn't control his smirk.She opened her eyes unable to underatnd his reaction. Looks like the water drops from his wet hair had taken a pledge not to leAVe her today. They kept falling on her one by one. Poor soul! she couldn't evenwipe them as her hands were tied somewhere under the blanket.their eyes met and there was nothing but silence. A sudden greed appeared on his face when his found HIS WATER DROP on her lips. He felt a sudden urge to get them back at any cost. He leaned forward and his hair were tickling her forehead now. Somewhere she could understand what he was upto and closed her eyes. but before he could movefurther, they heard
"FREAK!!!"Taani opened her eyes with a jerk. She was still standing under the hot shower. She touched her lips which carried his tiny droplets a few minutes ago. A smile followed by blush adored her face. She closed her eyes welcoming the hot water to coverher face.
"Aisa pehle bhi hua hai...Par uss din mujhe aapke aakon mei koi pyaar nahi dikayi di..."
There was a lump on her throat.
"Par aaj..."
"Par aaj mujhe aisa kyun latha hai ki meine aapke aakon mei kuch aur dekha??"
She closed the shower and the final strands of water were dripping down.
"kya aap bhi vahi feel karte hain jo mei aap keliye feel karti hoon??"
A smile crept on her face.
"taani mei iss deal kuch personal reason's ki wajah personal interest le raha hoon".
Soon her smile faded away.
"Whenever i feel I have started understanding you, you show me a new face.."
"Aapko samajna mere liye itna mushkil kyun hota jaa raha hai Reyaansh!" she murmured and turned on her shower once again. She couldn't understand the series of emotions she was going through for the past few days.She was brought out of her trance when she heard the door knock. It was SHARON.
"Taani bahar aane ka koi irada hai?? How long will you take bath?? I'm feeling hungry Taani"
"Oh crap! Ab mei Sharon aur poori gang ko kaise face karungi. Bahot awkward lagega!" Tension creeped here face.
"TAANI..." Sharon kept on knocking.
"Sharon I think you should start! I'll join you soon" Taani shouted from the restroom.
"Its OK!I'll wait. Am not going without you!" said Sharon and settled down on the couch with a magazine.At the same time in the living room,
Rey was busy with some official call.The gang were sitting in the dining room laughing and gossiping about the incident they witnessed a few minutes ago..
"Guy guys guys listen to me.I wanna say something" shouted Swayam catching everyone's attention.
"Kya baat hai abe??" asked Bharat.
"Listen to me carefully. I just want to inform you guys that koi bhi uss incident ke baare mei Taani ke saamne baat nahi karega"
Everyone looked at him with their eyebrows raised.
"Come on guys, I'm sure this would make her feel awkward and more than that don't forget she is Rey's wife. Issliye plzz uske samne apne izzat ko hawa me mat udana!" hewarned and the gang agreed as he had a point.Taani who understood that Sharon would not listen to her came out of the restroom with her bath robe and her head dropped down.
"Hey what happened?? Are you OK??" asked Sharon with concern filled in her tone.
"haan woh woh..." Taani struggled to find words.
Sharon could sense Taani's discomfort. She made Taani sit and sat besides her.
"Tani I can understand your problem.."
"Thanks Sharon. Actually woh ek accid.."
Sharon stopped her from continuing.
"Its OK. Tum itna cautious kyun ho rahi ho??"
"Par Sharon pura gang..."
"Listen Taani just remember one thing. Tumhare aur Rey ke beech jo kuch bhi hua ya hoga tumhe kabhi bhi kisi ko bi koyi explanation dene ki zarrorat nahi hai" she said holding taani's shoulders.
Taani felt relieved a bit after hearing Sharon's words. Probably Sharon was right.
".thank you Sharon"
"Anytime."
They both went down for dinner and rey was nowhere to be seen.Taani felt relieved. His presence could make her more awkward. After dinner Taani shifted to the room upstairs and dozed off clutching her favourite pillow as she didn't have strength to think about anything later.Rey was busy supervising the carpenter on fixing the broken bed. And the guys were watching him.
"What??" he asked irritated.
"Agar Taani ko itna miss kar raha tha tho kal raat hi shift ho jaatha." said Vicky in a mocking tone.
"Falthu mei bed thod diya!" said Bharat. Amar continued..
"Aur hamara jeena" Swayam galred at him..
"Sorry sona mushkil kar diya!" completed Neil.
"Haan!!" everyone said together.
"Kal raat??" Rey asked.
"Haan kal raat hi rooms ready tha. And Taani knew it" said Neil.
Swayam who sensed something, decided to divert the guys and took them away.
Rey went upstairs and reached his room. He saw Taani sleeping peacefully holding her pillow. He went near her. She was in deep sleep. He went near the window and starred at the moon.
That was a special night for him or rather it was supposed to be. He found Taani and his mom held up in some deep conversation which he couldn't make out what. His mobile rang and it was Krish.
"Hey Krish!"
"Congratulations yaar. Sorry I couldn't make for your reception. Actually ab mei Shimla mei hoon apne honeymoon ke liye!"
"Cool! Not an issue dude. Shruthi kaise hai??"
"Fine! Waise pata chala tu aaj se apna married life shuru karne wala hai. Uncle told me. New flat and all...Cool dude"
Rey looked around. he sighed. New flat, new life, new responsibilities. He didn't know how to react. He just sighed!
"Waise Rey I would like to share a piece of my mind not as a brother but as a good friend. May I" asked Krish.
"Aise kyun pooch raha hai?? Just go on"
"Okay. Rey every girl dreams about her wedding since childhood. And everyone have their own dreams and fantasies about their life partner. Am sure even Taani would have some."
Rey's eyes moved towardsd Taani who was busy talking to his mom.
"Just make sure you fullfill them cozzz somewhere your wife deserves it. Mark my words when my mom told me these words I couldn't understand. But jab se shaadi hua na, my love for Shruthi has grown like anything"
Rey smiled hearing this.
"I just feel special after she came into my life. So just share everything with her and lead a great life. HAPPY MARRIED LIFE DUDE"
"Thanks dude! Mei tumere baath yaad rakunga. Just pass my wishes to Shruthi" Rey said.
"Sure and yea HAVE A GREAT WEDDING NIGHT TOO.." he said with a smirk and disconnected the call.
Rey went to his room and was surprised to see the arrangements there. The room was neatly decorated and his bed was filled with roses. He went near the window and starred at the wall. His mind took him to the past flashing the day when he met Taani. He didn't know why but that moment when he saved her from falling while flying the kite just got registered in his mind. The day when his parents discussed about his marriage.
Reyansh am not sure if I am ready too, but the truth is I believe in my parent's decision. I just wanted to say, I don't mind marrying you. And since both of us sailing in the same boat, we can make this marriage work together. I just don't want you to take any decisions under compulsion.Now I leave the decision to you. If you still find it weird, then let me know. I will handle my parents.
Taani's words were playing in his mind. He was very sure that he didn't have any feelings for Taani but after listening to those words from Taani he didn't know why he decided to say YES!
He opened his eyes and found himself standing in his room. Taani left the marriage decision to Rey and he said YES even though he had an option to say NO. Now it was his responsibilty to fullfill the same.
He was brought out of his trance when he found Taani entering the room. She looked adorable in her reception dress.
"Mera dreams fullfill nahi hua iska matlab yeh nahi ki mei uska dreams karab karoon. Krish was right. Am sure even Taani would have had so many dreams about her wedding night. I can't afford to hurt her." he murmured to himself and took a deep breath and smiled at her. She smiled back and went near him. Both of them starred at the moon for a moment.
"Kitni pyaari hai!" she said starring at the moon.
He looked at her. "Haan par tumse kam!" he said.
She looked at him and blushed.
He slowly too her hands from the window panes and kissed her fingers. She closed her eyes and blushed. He saw that he had a great impact on her. Slowly he went near her and kissed her cheeks. She felt like she was floating in air. He rubbed her lips with his hands and looked at her. She placed her hand on his chest and closed her eyes. She was waiting for his hard lips to cover hers. But Rey couldn't proceed further. He felt guilty for doing this to a girl for whome he had no such feelings at that time. Taani opened her eyes and found Rey lost in his own world."Taani am not sure if I am ready for marriage right now" she remembered Rey saying this to her. He looked more confused that being excited or tensed about their weddig night. Here Rey was busy fighting with his heart or rather convincing himself that he had to do it. He came out of his thoughts and found Taani starring at him. His hands were still holding her cheeks. He forced a smiled and moved forward when she stopped him.
"Reyaansh..."
He was confused. he couln't understand why she stopped him.
"Haan?"
"I think we need to talk. Shall we??" she asked looking into his eyes.
"Yea go on!"
"Reyansh I think I have already told you not to force yourself into anything." he looked at her.
"I know that you are not ready for these things and I had even promised that we both can make this marriage work together." He couldn't understand her point.
"Haan Taani!SO??"
"So Reyansh you needn't force yourself into these things for my sake. Lets take some time!" she said straight looking into his eyes.
He couldn't believe himself. The issue which was taunting him a few minutes ago was solved just like that. He just starred at her unable to believe himself.
"Thank you Taani!" he just blurted out.
She smiled. "Let me change" she said and was about to move towards the rest room when,
"Err..Taaani!" he called her.
"haan Reyaansh?"
"Taani tumhe kaise patha chala ki mei.. I mean I am not ready for this" he asked in one go. The suspense of how she read his mind clearly just killed him.
"Reyaansh God has given the art of lying only to our tongue not to our eyes! Your eyes speak!' she said and smirked.
He was in complete disbelief. How could someone with so smart. She was about to close the restroom door when he called her again..
"Haan ab kya??" she asked confused.
"Well our tongue is not just meant for lying".
She raised her eyebrows and looked at him. He remembered what he said just now and
"I mean.. Sometimes sach bhi bolta hai. Tum sach mei moon se zyaada pretty lag rahi ho" he said with a smirk.
She blushed and murmured a sweet "THANK YOU!" and closed the restroom door to change.Rey saw Taani peacefully sleeping on the bed.
"Kitni aasani se ussne meri discomfort samjhi...Par aaj??"
He closed his eyes and remembered the scene that happened a few hours before. He was almost about to kiss her only to be interrupted by his friends. The hidden truth which he could not deny to himself was that "He was completely lost in her at that moment and he badly wanted to kiss her"
"aaj mei apne aap ko kyun rok nahi paya?? Aur mujhe bura kyun laga jab mera intentions pura nahi hua??"
"Aur jitna mei Taani ko samjhtha hoon aaj bhi woh aise hi react kar rahi thi jaise usne hamare suhaagraat par react kiya"
He held the window pane and closed his eyes. He remembered how he imagined kissing her that evening.
"Aur jab mei usse touch kartha hoon aur woh apne aake bandh karthi hai ad uske face pe ek chota sa dimple dikhayi detha hai tho mujhe itna acha kyun lagtha hai??"
"Aur upar se aaj mein itna possesive ho gaya ki I talked about my suhaagraat in front of everyone just...just to put Shivam down.."
"Aur Shivam...man woh mujhe itna irritate kyun kartha hai?? Hamesha Taani paas gumtha rehtha hai. Aur kya zaroorat hai hamesh Taani ko hug kyun kartha hai??"
He thought for a moment and went near the bed.
"haan I understand its just a friendly hug par phir bhi..." he blabered walking aroung the bed.
HE sat on the bed and looked at her. She was sleeping peacefully which irritated him more. <<as the precap pic shows>>
"Yahaan mei itna pareshaan hoon aur yeh happily so rahi hai..." he said starring at her. He was so frustrated that he pulled the pillow that she was hugging and threw it on the floor.
Taani moaned a little due to the sudden discomfort.
"My God!" he stroked her hair gently and she went back to her sleep. He too a heavy breath and murmured "God! mei dar gaya! She's just driving me crazy". He switched off the side lamp and pulled the blanket over his sleeping beauty and laid on the other side. He turned to her side and looked at her. She was looking damn innocent.
"kitni sweet aur innocent lag rahi hai. I am sure no one would believe a strong and witty business women is hiding behind this innocent face" He stroked her hair and placed them behind her ears. He smiled and closed his eyes cherishing the sweet moments of the day.
