Before I start I know I haven't been finishing my stories lately but I'll make them up later I just really want to make this story so here you all go.
Dinah's POV
Its been 4 months since school started and its going pretty good so far. I have classes with my friends Ally and Lauren. The school carnival coming up in 3 weeks and I hope I get picked to participate there.
Normani's POV
School's been going pretty good I guess but I don't really talk to anybody I'm just really focused on my work and my grades. But it is this one cute girl that has me questioning my sexuality. Her name is Dinah Jane Hansen. Even though I haven't actually talked to her she seems pretty cool and she is verrry pretty
Dinah's POV
3 weeks later ( 2 days before the carnival actually starts)
"Okay class," the teacher starts to say "Since the carnival is this Thursday which is in 2 days, I have selected 8 students to participate in the activities. The students are: Spencer bellistario, Dinah Jane Hansen, Meghan Lows, Allyson Hernandez, Molly Stewart, Lauren Jauregui, Jessica McLain, and Normani Kordei the teachers says.
"Yes, Im in and a bonus is y'all coming with me!!!! Aye turn up!
I say causing the whole class the stare and laugh.
"Ms Hansen that was not the proper behavior to use in this classroom" the teacher said staring straight at Dinah.
"Sorry" I replied.
"So after class I need for everyone to join me out back to the football field" the teacher said.
15 minutes later *rinnngggg
"Alright everyone meet me out back" the teacher says as she walked out the classroom
"Aww yeah lets go" I said
"So what activity y'all gonna participate in?" asked Lauren
"I want to do the food court" I say
"Don't you need someone else with you to run that thing?" said Ally.
" Yep that's why your gonna do it with me"
"But I'm doing the ring toss"
" Ugh screw you, Lauren what are you doing?"
"I'm doing the ticket booth" Lauren said.
" Really that sounds so boring" I said in a winey voice.
" Sorry DJ I still love you tho"Lauren said giving her a hug then Ally joins in.
"Ugh you guys are annoying" I say as during the hug.
Normani's POV
As i start to look at the charts they all look filled accept the food court so I decide to sigh up there.
"Hey look Dinah know you have a friend to work at the food court with you" Lauren said as she was looking at the chart and slowing backing away with Ally so Dinah could talk to Normani.
"Uhm... Sooo.. I guess we have to work together" I said playing with my fingers.
"Yeah I guess so" said Dinah
Omg her voice is so sexy i say to myself.
"My name is Normani"
"And my name is Dinah Jane put you can just call me Dinah"
"That's a pretty name"
"Thanks, um yours is too" Dinah says
" We should go set things up" i say gesturing my hands over to the food court
"Okay" Dinah says as she starts to walk.
Carnival Day
Dinah's pov
Normani seems like a cool girl and she's really cute too considering I'm straight. I think.
She just needs to loosen up a bit.
"Hey Normani I know we kind of just met and all but I was wondering if you would wanna hang out sometime. You know since we're gonna be running this thing together.
Normani's pov
This has to be a dream right now. I think to myself
"Oh um sorry I know this is kind of fast in al- " Dinah started as i cut her off.
"No! I mean no your not rushing things I was gonna say yeah I'm free anytime of the week" I said not trynna sound to happy.
"Oh okay cool then I'll see you Saturday at 7:00?"
"Sure I'll be free" gosh Normani you already said that.
"Girls that's enough chit chat now get to work" our teacher screamed as me and Dinah look at each other with a little smirk. Maybe this is the start of my new friends ship or hopefully a relationship.
