Angel was the same age when she had been put in the orphanage at the age of 12 as well as Skylar. Her parents left her living on the streets with no food or water when she was little. The same cop had found her and safely brought her to the office station so she can sleep there for the night. The next day the cop brought her to the orphanage but she didn't have any friends. She had been picked on by the clothes she wore and how she didn't fight back but sat there letting the other kids hit her.
Once she was friends with Skylar, the two made a promise to protect for each other until one of them dies.
