Chapter 16- Fallen Soul

When Aided left my room, I closed my door and sighed. After I did that, I heard running from the other side of the door and quickly got up.

Angel-"I HEARD SIGHING! WAS THAT A SIGN OF HAPPINESS OR BOREDOM?!"

Skylar-"Happiness...... Is that a problem?"

Crystal-"Actually yea. You've been uptight most of the time, it's rare for any of us to hear you like this."

Jason-"Also whose the boy that was wearing the red sweater?"

So many questions were being said, that I couldn't take it, I literally screamed shut up to everyone and by their expression it worked.

Skylar-"Ok the boy was Aiden and he goes here. The thing is he works with guns. Guns are faster than daggers."

I took everyone outside to take a picture in front of the school. It was a decent school even though it looked like a castle, but instead of rooms it's classes on the lower levels and rooms on the higher levels.

Once the picture was taken, I looked at the picture and saw something all dark and disfigured. But I let it slide because it might've been my imagination. I went to the principal of the school, and asked if anything was going on in the school before we arrived.

Principal-"Actually what your seeing is a student who loves to hide in a black jacket and is carrying books. If you thought that it was monster, haha then your wrong. Don't assume my students are that, because if you do, you will be sent down to the water and drown!"

I flinch at his answer, and the others were just standing there not knowing what to do. We all left and later today, an event was going on and it was near the water. A child probably in early teen years, was struggling too not go over the cliff.

When everyone was standing there doing nothing, I thought I could save the child. Once the kid was being sent over, the screaming was fading and heard a splash.

Skylar-"WHAT THE FUCK MAN! That child has a young life and your gonna kill him!?"

Principal-"Skylar back away. It's none of your concern what happens to my students. He disobeyed me and now this is his punishment." I took off my jacket, and I realized the water was heavy. I jumped into the water, and saw the boy struggling to breathe. Once he saw me come by with my dagger, he started to freak out. But once I cut the straps off his wrists, he clung onto me. But I couldn't seem to get higher, but being pushed closer to the ridged walls. I heard another splash come in a different direction, the boy was past out in my arms, and I felt a pair of arms surrounding me and I got a glimpse of air. I looked at the guy and it was Aiden.

Skylar-"Thanks Aiden."

Aiden-"Don't mention it. I'm afraid your that type of girl who does stupid things and doesn't listen too anyone. I'm gonna start calling you something if this shit continues."

I smiled at him, but he seemed to be cold since he took off his shirt. He gave me my jacket, and he had a towel for himself. I asked him how he knew I was in the water, but he didn't give me an answer but a look to the boy. I rushed to his side and check his pulse. It was there. I checked his heart, it wasn't beating.

I dug a grave for the boy and Aiden knew who it was.

Aiden-"Devin, why would you do this stupid act today."

Skylar-"What did he do?"

Aiden-"He stole something from one of the food stores we have. This school is a murder place, if you do one simple littlest thing, your gonna be killed."

I stared at him and then at the grave. We both walked to the school and the principal of this school and my dad were waiting by the doors. Aiden knew a back way to get into the school without being hurt from the principal. I noticed he was carrying a knife behind his back. How did my dad not noticed. Once I got inside my room, I changed my clothes and gotten into a fresh clean and dry clothes. My pajamas to be exact.

I heard a knock from my door, and it was Drake holding Aiden by the collar. I put my dagger to his throat to let Aiden down. I had Drake explain himself, but the whole thing Aiden was telling the truth.

Crystal-"Hey what is going on here?"

Drake-"Just a friend now thinking the opposite of everyone. Because she fell in love."

Skylar-"No I-I didn't! Aiden and I are two people that are helping each other out! But he mostly does the helping."

Aiden-"I need to go. See ya Sky."

I waved goodbye and turned around to Drake. I kicked him out of my room and told Crystal the actual story that happened. But it seemed she didn't believe me either so I kicked her out of my room. After the door was closed, I threw a few daggers at a few things like my door, wall, and maybe ceiling. Why can't my friends believe me? Unless maybe I do like Aiden than being a friend?

When I got something from the food places, I went to my room and looked outside. I saw Aiden, but he didn't seem like he was in a good mood.
