"I made new friends today." I looked to Harry, a tiny smile on his face.

"Is that so?" Currently, Harry and I were walking in the city. Considering he didn't really want to go home - I decided to help him take his mind off things. Even if I didn't know what was really wrong. But I wanted to know. I wasn't trying to push him, but i was just concerned. I feel like anyone would be.

"Yea! Their names are Niall, Liam, and Louis. They're pretty nice." I had heard of those names before. Niall, Liam, and Louis were known to be quite the party animals - they didn't seem to fit into Harry's 'friend category'. But how would I know? I didn't really know much about Harry, actually.

"Uh, Harry? What's your favorite color?" I needed to know more about Harry, even if it meant that I had to ask him basic questions.

"Why does it matter?" Harry's face scrunched up, leaving me confused. Why couldn't he just answer a simple question? I looked down, feeling stupid for even asking. Harry looked to me, twisting his hands.

Harry seemed to be in a better mood than he was in the morning, but he was still the sad Harry he usually was though. It seemed as if he couldn't enjoy his time, like something was holding him back. I shouldn't feel so proud of Harry if he smiles or laughs, it should be a regular average emotion.

The cold air was getting to me as I felt myself shiver. Harry looked over to me, aware of the shiver I had emitted. Randomly nodding, he turned back to the sidewalk path in front of him, rubbing his arms.

"So where are we planning to go?" I looked towards the red nosed boy as his green eyes flickered across my face, his eyelashes long and prominent. I wish I had his lashes.

"Only the best ice cream parlor in town, Harry Styles." It sounded weird, but I absolutely loved saying his name. It was just ... perfect? He fit it like a ring.

"Ice cream in cold weather?" Harry's eyebrow quirked as we continued to walk, sometimes in sync.

"Only the best thing in the universe." Harry chuckled as I over exaggerated, waving my arms. Feeling proud for making him laugh, I look down to my leather boots smiling.

"I wouldn't - Uh - really know. Seeing that I've never even had Ice cream." I gasped, turning to Harry. He scratched the back of his neck as he looked at me.

"Are you serious? This is blasphemy Harry! No wonder you're always a grump!" Harry bit his lip as I jumped, grabbing his shoulders. He smiled once i shook my head, continuing to walk.

We reached the ice cream parlor, looking up at the red and blue neon letters that read Lacie's. Lacie's had been my favorite place since I was a child. If I just wanted to hang out or read or do anything, I'd be at Lacie's. The owner was practically my second mother.

Dragging Harry in, the bell dinged - alerting everyone. Lace turned to me, grinning widely. I loved her. She was always spunky and possibly had the best advice on the planet. She walked towards us, her smile only growing when she noticed Harry.

"Mia baby! How are ya? I haven't seen ya since November!" I smiled at Lacie, her eyes averting to Harry. "And who is this fella?" Harry waved as he scrunched his shoulders, probably not feeling comfortable meeting a new person.

"I'm great, just been a little busy is all. Harry this is Lacie, the owner of this fine establishment." Lace stuck her hand out to shake Harry's, his body tensing a bit. Soon shaking her hand, he nodded.
