Lynzi-

I opened my eyes to be face to face with him. He looked so stunning with the moon shining on his face. His purple-blue eyes piercing into mine with shock, but smoldering passion. This has to be the best dream I've had of him so far! Were in my room, on my bed and he is holding me. Wait, what? In my room? Suddenly dreaming didn't seem like a possibility as reality jumbled up my thoughts. What was going on? Channing? Here; in my room. Holding me? I was frozen. I didn't know what to do. Should I jump out of his grip? Stay here and enjoy the closeness? I have to be dreaming! This just has to be a bad dream. I tried to talk but nothing came out but a small noise. I shut my mouth expecting him to start but all we could do was stare.

"Channing...why are you here?" My voice came out horse from just waking up. It was deathly quiet. Awkwardness and embarrassment seemed to grow as neither of us said a word or moved a muscle. With one swift motion Channing had lifted me up off of him and placed me on the bed gentle. He began to pace around the room murmuring things to himself, looking worried and tense. I wanted to say something to take him out of his shock, but what would I say? 'Hey Channing, its ok. You can sneak into my room whenever you want. Oh by the way, I think that I love you and I want to suck face for a little bit if you don't mind.' But right now wasn't a time for sarcasm. The only thing I could do was stare at him while he occasionally glanced at me and paced even faster across my floor. I looked out the window realizing someone had wiped away some of the fog that had built up on the glass. Well now I know how he got into my room, but the real question is why? Where was he for the past couple days? So many questions popped into my mind, I didn't know which one to start with or even bother to ask. I looked up from my thoughtful daze to see Channing kneeling in front of me with pleading eyes. I sat there, on the verge of crying, thinking of why he left. He grabbed my left hand with his right as he kissed the top lightly.

"I'm sorry...I know what I have done. I know why you are upset with me. If you don't want to see me, don't want to talk to me, and you think I' a stalker for being here then I'll leave without a fuss. I'm sorry Lynzi." His hand gently slid out of mine as he stood and made his way over to the window. I didn't know what to say. My heart and my mind were screaming in unison to stop him, but my body wouldn't move. He quietly slid open the window. He placed a foot on the seal preparing to jump out. He glanced back at me, his eyes filled with sadness and misery. "I'm truly sorry. This will never happen again." His hand was placed on the outside seal as he was about to hoist himself out of my life. Drastically my body reacted as my legs moved faster than I ever thought they could. My hand reached out grabbing his foot. He leaped not realizing that I was hanging on. I let out a small scream when I noticed the only thing keeping me from breaking both my legs was holding on for dear life to Channing's ankle. Channing stunned and worried carefully started pulling me up. I let out a sigh of relief which was obviously too soon when I heard a cracking sound. I looked to the end of the branch to see it snapping from the tree trunk. I held my breath trying to stay completely still but the branch continued to emit cracking noises. Unexpectedly, I heard the last loud crack as the branch began to fall out from under us. A hand calmly covered my mouth muffling my scream as he swept me up into his arms and pressed me against his chest as we fell to the ground. I closed my eyes and dug my nails into his shoulders praying that he doesn't injure himself. It felt like an eternity went by before I felt the impact of gravity rush threw me. I slowly peeked through one of my eyes seeing that everything was fine. His legs weren't broken, nothing was wrong with him. He gracefully set me down on the ground while running an unsteady hand through his hair. Being out of his grip was disappointing. I didn't want him to let me go. I was even considering for a second attempting to walk and falling onto the ground just so he would have to hold me. God, that's desperate and petty!
