Hi! I am back with another story... I plan to have two to three books. I'm sorry if it sucks... I am writing this at 11ish in the evening  but anyways guys, let's get back into the trash I call my writing skills. Enjoy with a backstory/prologue/part of the story/introduction of the main character.

Sometimes when I was much younger my father would bring from work a Japanese RPG. In fact he wanted me to have a Japaneseish name and so my name is Raichu William Thorson, but you can forget about my middle and last name, and before you go out saying that Raichu isn't my real name, it is my legal name, not my birth name, if that makes sense. But enough about my name, and back to my life. Ever since my Dad divorced my mom, he fell into a depression, he never remarried, and he left his job to program a video game. The game is half done. Anyways, I got a job flipping burgers part time at an old restaurant called Duncan's. The pay was small, but I could carry on traditions by myself, going to a thrift shop and getting myself a game for my 16-bit console the Maddax-Eastern GabbanAdvanced megasystem.I know that it's a long name, but you can call it the M.E.G.A. Back on track, Today was Sunday and my day off, the thrift shop was open. I would walk to the section devoted to video games. The rows "neatly" piled in generation bins. I looked into the 16-bit. Divided into two parts, MEGA, and SMEC (super Matenda entertainment console) I dug around until something caught my eye, an unmarked package that seemed to whisper a chant over and over. "Raichu. Come home." It was a female voice. A voice I didn't recognize. I was drawn to it like a moth to a tiki torch. I grabbed the unlabelled game and flipped it over, it read For the MEGA Firebrand III infinite gauntlet. Realtime edition. I took it over to the front counter and payed for it... For a dollar. What a deal.

_______Time Skip.

It was two hours later when I finally got to play the game, I sat down on the floor and opened the case. There was the voice again. "Raichu.Wake up." It spoke.
Suddenly my door opened and my father poked his head into my room. "Hey son. I heard something from in here and I-" he stopped abruptly. I looked where he was looking, the game cartridge. I saw his expression go Sour. "Where the hell did you get that?" He asked sternly staring directly at me.

"It's a game I bought at the thrift shop."  I spoke honestly to him, not wanting to anger him. "I have bought a new game every week ever since you and mom divorced."
"Then how do you pay for it?" He sternly snapped
"I got a job at the restaurant Duncan's." I explained "I get the weekends off." My dad came into my room and took the cartridge away.
"Raichu!" The voice yelled. I slumped on the floor, great, I just got my game taken away for no reason. Now my Dad doesn't trust me. But wait, why did he react to this game? He had seen me playing games he never got me. Why this one? I thought

Another time skip_________
I snuck into my Dad's room he was sound asleep. That was when I saw it. Sitting next to another game on the top shelf. I grabbed it and accidentally knocked down the other. I caught it and saw that it was basically the same game, down to the details, except that there was no three and the subtitle was missing. I placed it on the side table of his bed and snuck back to my room. I fell asleep quickly. "RAICHU!" I heard screaming from far away.
"AMI!" I yelled back. There was darkness, a laugh was heard,
"You are weak. You are nothing without her." I stood up and started to walk a direction. "You see. You couldn't survive without her giving you that food and water." All around was grass except for to the left of me, a tree was there with a man getting fed by a  red haired girl with a light brown haired one standing behind. It was frozen there. A 3D photo. Suddenly the brown haired girl moved, "you gave up when she left you."  "And the scene changed again this time it was in a busy town market, the same man and pink haired girl were walking in opposite directions. "And look now." The voice of the Light brown coloured hair girl  said again.

I jerked awake. I looked at the game cartridge and heard the light brown haired girl's voice. "Too weak. You can't win." I put the cartridge into the MEGA and turned it and my TV on. I saw the title screen and it looked perfect (for 16 bits of course) and I created a new save file. Big mistake. I fell onto the ground and passed out.
