Aleana's POV

I'm 9 months pregnant. Holy crap. I'm at the doctors office right now, the doctor called me telling me there was an important discussion to be made.

I sat on the bed thing. "Hello Doctor Beverley."

She shut the door and sat down. "Welcome back Ms Grande. And don't call me Doctor Beverley, just call me Marina. How are you feeling?"

"I'll call you Marina if you just call me Aleana...and I'm a bit hormonal so these emotions get in the way of my life."

"That's just pregnancy."

"Yea haha...what was so important?"

"Ah yes. So you're 9 months along."

"Yes I know that."

"You're due for August 18th, but that technically doesn't mean you'll give birth on the 18th. Could be late or earlier even."

"Oh, okay."

"Now you know that your condition isn't normal. You're due in 9 days but you have the baby bump of a lady who is 4 months pregnant."

"Will that cause any harm to my kids?"

"They could be born with a birth defect, we can't tell anything until they're born. If God wills they'll be born safe and sound."

"I'll love them no matter what."

Marina started to look worried, and I guess it was because of my watery eyes. She out her file down. "Okay Aleana, now I'm going to talk to you but not as your doctor, as your third mother."

My step mom, Ariana's mom, is best friends with Marina here. Since Ariana's mom is my second mom, Marina is my third mom. 

I sighed. "I just...Gabe. I wanted him a part of my children's lives and my life but he..."

Marina hugged me. "Shh...calm down babe. Look. You don't need Gabe, okay? I know you'll love the twins to death. Plus you have your friends and family and me whenever you need us. Don't focus on Gabe, focus on your kids."

"You're right, thanks Marina."

"Anytime Ally. Alright well that was it for today, and I guess I'll be seeing you the next time when you're in labor."
