A/N

I'm skipping into a year after, since there's no major events including Vienna.

"Diagon Alley!!" I jumped up and down in my new dress (A/N: Picture above), my hair flying. It's now mid-back length! Yay!

The only bad part is that father came with Draco and I to Diagon Alley. Well, we first went to Knockturn Alley, but now we're here.

What makes it even more exciting, is that father practically ditched us, so we can go wherever we want now! I wanted to get some ice cream, but Draco literally dragged me to Flourish and Blotts, where he's buying his textbooks. Unfortunately, this prat named Lockhart was there, and a large crowd had gathered in front of him. I don't think I recognize any of them...uh oh. Ginny.

"What are you looking at?" Draco asks. I turn to face him.

"Nothing-whoa!" He grabs my arm, stopping me from tripping over a book.

He then drags me to a mini balcony above where the idiot Lockhart is standing.

"What are we doing here?" I ask.

"Watching," was his reply. I look down. Oh. There's Harry. Posing uncomfortably next to Lockhart.

"Nice big smile, Harry. Together you and I rate the front page!"

"Potter," Draco muttered under his breath.

"Ladies and gentlemen, what an extraordinary moment this is. When young Harry stepped into Flourish and Blotts this morning to purchase my autobiography, Magical Me...which, incidentally is currently celebrating its 27th week atop the Daily Prophet bestseller list, he had no idea that he would, in fact, be leaving..."

"Come on, let's go!" Draco dragged me down the stairs again. Then, a book caught his eye, and he began flipping through it, ripping a page out.

"That's not your book," I told him. He pushed me, causing me to fall back.

"Hi Anna." Uh oh, it's Ginny. She helped me up, and I began dusting off my dress again.

"New dress?" Ginny asks, and I nod.

"I'll bet you loved that, didn't you, Potter? Famous Harry Potter! Can't even go into a bookshop without making the front page." Here comes trouble.

"Leave him alone," Ginny replied with gritted teeth, walking back to join...the rest of her family and Harry.

"Oh look, Potter. You've got yourself a girlfriend." I step beside Draco and elbowed him in the ribs as hard as I could. Two of the Weasleys were staring at me.

"Standing up for blood traitors now?" he hissed.

"Now, now Draco, play nicely." Saved by father. "Mr. Potter... Lucius Malfoy. We meet at last." He held out his hand, and Harry took it. Pulling Harry closer to him, father examined Harry's scar. "Forgive me, your scar is legend, as, of course, is the wizard who gave it to you."

"Voldemort killed my parents. He was nothing more than a murderer."

Father let go of Harry, and pushed him slightly back. "Hmm. You must be very brave, to mention his name...or very foolish."

"Fear of a name only increase fear of the thing itself," a determined voice sounded. Who's she?

"And you must be... Miss Granger. Yes, Draco's told me all about you, and your parents. Muggles, aren't they?" Muggle-born...Granger...I'll have to ask her her first name. "Let me see...red hair...vacant expressions...tatty second hand books. You must be the Weasleys." I'm regretting coming here. I should've stayed home with Mum.

"Children, it's mad in here! Let's go outside." Mr. Weasley. He briefly glanced at me, looking hated.

"Well, well, well. Weasley senior."

"Lucius," Mr. Weasley hissed.

"Busy time at the Ministry, Arthur, all those extra raids? I do hope they're paying you overtime, but judging by the state of this, I'd say not. What's the use in being a disgrace to the name of wizard if they don't even pay you well for it." I had the urge to run forwards, but Draco put a steel grip on my shoulder.

"We have a very different idea about what disgraces the name of wizard, Malfoy."

"Clearly. Associating with Muggles...and I thought your family could sink no lower. I'll see you at work." With that, Father turned and left Flourish and Blotts.

Draco let go of my shoulder and glared at Harry, "See you at school." He walked out, calling over his shoulder, "Come on, Vi."

Ginny's eyes bore into me. The others just stared at me. I gave a quick smile and rushed off to catch up with Father and Draco.
