Travis' POV

"Travis, what're you doing here?" He ignored Katelyn and went to slip past her. "I need to talk to Aphmau." Katelyn raised an eyebrow, but as bothered by it she may be, she let him pass without retort. "She's in her room. With-" Travis blocked Katelyn out for whatever she was about to say. Probably nothing important. He gripped the handle and with ease slid through the opening between the door and frame. "Hey Aph? Yeah, I wanna talk to you about someone and-" he was cut off by a yelp and saw that Zane and Aphmau were both decked in adorable princess dresses and matching paper crowns. Travis grinned. "Sooooooooo. What's going on in here, eh?~" Zane turned red. Whether it was from anger or embarrassment or both, he was still cute. Travis noticed the ponies surrounding the duo. Zane growled. Aphmau smiled at Zane, then her gaze fell on Travis and her smile vanished. She sighed, "Travis, could you pa-leeeeaaassse knock next time? It was very rude." Travis ignored his friend and giggled at Zane's garments. A rosy hue began to form on Zane's exposed cheeks and he bolted up, snatching his clothes off the bedside and storming into Aphmau's bathroom. "Sorry?" The apology came out more as a question. How come it had to be Zane? Aphmau sighed and turned to Travis, "so what was it you wanted to talk about someone that was Oh So important that you couldn't have just knocked?" She seemed annoyed, which he could understand. Travis often had that effect on people and had grown numb to the feeling of dislike towards him. "Ummm, well. I-I don't necessarily want to say..." He answered, suddenly sheepish. No, it wasn't a surprise why he was reluctant to answer. Aphmau scowled at him, "Travis! *sigh* I'm sorry I yelled, but you can't just tell me? Because when brought to my attention, I honestly want to know. You've made me curious." Travis sighed and sat down beside Aph. He opened his mouth to speak, praying his words couldn't be heard from the bathroom ears of the third party just within the restroom's walls, "I wanted to talk about Zane," Travis whispered. Aphmau got the memo and lowered her voice as well, "What about him?" She asked. "Yeah, what about him." Travis and Aphmau's gaze turned to meet Zane's. He knew he couldn't tell Aphmau now. So instead, "Zane! I was thinking about how since you're always so lonely, that I'd like to get to know you more! Maybe I could be your second friend?" Travis grinned at Zane and Aphmau behind him squealed. Zane in response growled and stormed out of the room, practically destroying the door as he slammed it shut. "Well then...." Travis said, slightly amused that Zane seemed to feel too flustered to answer. Travis liked that thought. He liked it very much~. Aphmau spoke then, interrupting his teensy weensy secret little daydream, "This is amazing! One step closer to getting Zane a girlfriend! EeEeEeEHehHH!!!!" His heart sank. Of course. That was anyone's goal. Girlfriend. Was this common knowledge of Zane that he wanted to feel love too? Probably. Yet, the said male exceeded at keeping himself as secluded as possible. But it was impossible for Travis to even get near the boy, let alone date him. He buried his emotions beneath a dashing smile, "Welp! I suppose I must be off! Aphmau! I take my leave. Thank you for your help." Travis winked at his friend and walked out of the girl's bedroom.

Zane's POV

He ran home, desperate to abandon the thoughts that now bombarded him. Gripping the knob to the door, he jiggled it with no success. Forgetting the obvious. Snagging his keys, Zane, with a beet red face unlocked the door and fled to the safety of his home. How could Travis offer him such an unrealistic idea?! Sure it was kind of him, but Zane couldn't handle one friend, let alone two. It was Travis. That disgusting Casanova could never be his friend. Never. And yet, he had felt excited when the womanizer gave him the offer. No. Just forget that Travis ever offered. Zane carefully organized the 'My Little Horsie' figurines up on the shelf. As gently as possible, Zane lay the ponies out so as Pinkie Cake was the center of them all. "And........ Perfect. Let's hope nothing happens to  these beauties." He turned on his heel and was about to get himself ready for binge watching MLH season 3 when a knock echoed excruciatingly loud throughout the house. Groaning, Zane headed to the door which shook with another rack of brutal knocking. "I'm coming!" He shouted, annoyed that whoever it was couldn't be so patient as to wait for him to answer.  It wasn't like he couldn't HEAR the cursed knocking. He opened the door and his brother, Vylad, stood in front of him. Eyes wide and desperate. "I need your help," he said. Zane sighed. "What is it? I was going to watch my show and I don't appreciate your arriving without alerting me beforehand." Zane ushered his brother inside and slammed the door shut behind him. It was unnecessary of how forceful Zane's actions were, but he honestly didn't care. It was just Vylad. It was pretty hard to upset the little guy. The two younger Ro'Meave brothers sat beside each other on the velvety-black couch.

"So what is it?" Zane inquired, begging silently to himself that it wasn't anything physical. That.... Or actually important. Like Garroth pregnant with Laurence's baby. Zane withheld(withheld is spelled correctly. When I checked, it was correct.) fits of gentle laughter. What a strange duo those friends were. It was probably the only ship he will ever sail in his life. Figuratively speaking of course.

"I-I want to ask someone on a double date and I wanted at least one of my brothers. Never Garroth. I'm not stupid. Sooooooooo.... Please?"

Zane just stared. He just. Stared. "W-Who's the l-lucky hu-human-thingy?" Why did he word it so strangely?! Should've said girl-woman-thing AT LEAST. Stupid stupid stupid STUPID! gah....

Vylad blushed. He looked into Zane's eyes with his voice barely audible,
