Maya and Lucas were talking on the living room bay window. Lucas looked at Maya. Lucas broke the silence. I felt something in the kiss!! Maya sat there's shocked. She told him I- I didn't. Yes you did you stuttered. I have a boyfriend.. I know. Break up with Riley. Do it now. If you don't like her. Break up with her your not hurting my best friend. But Maya... No! She said as Josh came in. If you hurt her I will never forgive you. Ok let's pretend this never happened.Fine Lucas said anger in his eyes.They all heard a knock on the door Ethan came in with flowers in hand. Can I borrow Maya for a few hours.

Josh pov****
Oh.... That kid again. Ummm cor your not gonna let her go.. I mean it's Christmas. Right?... Yea go head Ethan Corey said. It's only for a few hours don't miss me too much!!! Maya yelled going out the door. I will.

Maya's POV
Ethan took me to this fancy Italian place. I thanked him with a a kiss on the cheek. I ordered a soup and a side of salad. And Ethan got Lasagna with a side of fries.I was very lucky to have him. He took me to the Matthews because Shawn took Katy was with Shawn in California. I walked in sorta dazed before realizing Riley snapping in my face. Hoooowww wwwwassssss yyyyyooooouuuuurr dddddddaaaaatttte mayyyyyaaaaaaaa. Good I laughed. Why are you talked my like that. You were dazed. Sounds you really like him she said in a dreamily voice . I really do. A few moments later josh walked in with a hand on his neck.... Present time.

Josh****
I was about to call Maya and Riley for present time but I heard them talking instead... I listened against the door. I do.. I really do like him. I heard Maya say. I clenched my fists and walked in present time.. I smiled hurting inside.so much for that present.

Narrators pov.
Maya got to go first. She opened a small box and it had a necklace that said gorgeous... She smiled. She saw a note....she instantly frowned she saw Taft it wasn't Ethan's hand writing it was a little messier and it it was in a tissue.

Riley ***
I knew that handwriting that was uncle Josh's writing I don't want him to like her now.not now .

Maya** Riley called me up to to Her room I said sure I could see hurt in her eyes.. Maya I'm breaking up with Lucas she said with tears running down her face... I will love you no matter what I promise.. I'm in love with Darby.

Riley***
Lucas... This is really hard to say and I'm sorry.. I started tearing up Lucas I love you so much and I could see the hurt in his eyes. Lucas i love you I always will. But I love somebody else... I'm in love with Darby.. Lucas I'm a lesbian I said sobbing.. Lucas please say something... Ok Riley I love you..don't forget that he whispered I my ear. Please don't tell my parents I haven't come out yet.

Lucas***
My girlfriend is gay... I can't believe it.

2 days later. Narrators. point of view.
Mom day Riley said with tears streaming down her face.. Yes sweetie... She said not looking up.. But once tears started flowing topanga lifted up her head going to Riley what's wrong sweetie. Mom she said sitting on the couch in between her mom and dad. I broke up with Lucas. Im gay.
It's ok... We support you any way. We love  you.

2 weeks later (Riley and Darby's date)
Hey girls night lol.. Darby**** we went to the movies. I really like Riley I'm exited. Riley**** I love Darby I'm glad. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders:

A few days later. It was Ethan's birthday... Maya's POV. I had gotten Ethan a new shirt and a Starbucks gift card. I walk in and see him I shriek and drop the presents and leave... I called Riley: no answer I called Lucas

Lucas come get me I'm at Ethan's house. I said in sobs..

I heard her crying.. I rushed so fast I got a ticket. I saw her crying on the curb her head in her knees.i honk she runs in and reaches in for a hug.. She said in sniffles he.. H... Was cheating on me with missy. She said sobbing.. It's ok...it's ok... I feel really bad for her. But I've liked her for a while I just can't right now though. I like Maya heart.. No that's an exaggeration I love Maya heart...
