The next day Nick and Angela woke up and acted like nothing had happened the night before like they promised each other. That morning Nick's mom suggested that they went for a walk around town. So they headed out the door both in rain jackets because it was just beginning to rain. They walked past the candy store and the soccer field. Then it started to pour so they had to head back home. They began to cross the street that connected them to Nick's road but a car came racing around the corner. The driver didn't see Nick and Angela crossing the street so proceeded to drive without slowing down. Nick was crossing the street ahead of Angela so didn't see the car either. But Angela did.

"Nick!" She cried and pushed Nick away from the car just as it hit her. The car slowed and the driver jumped out and ran to Nick who was on the ground staring at the spot where Angela was hit.

"Are you okay?" The man cried to Nick.

"Ya, but it wasn't me you hit. It was my sister Angela."

"Where is she? Do you see her?" He said "No, but I will check here and you check near your car. She must be here some were." So they split up and searched for Angela but they did not find her. Eventually, the ambulance came and took Nick to the hospitable to have him check out. Nicks parents arrived at the hospital and visited Nick. He was just coming out of a check up and they ran up to him.

"Nick! Are you okay? What happened?" They questioned

"Mom, Dad, it's okay. I'm fine Angela pushed me out of the way of the car just in time. But she got hit." He said sadly

"Oh my," Nicks mom breathed and fell into a nearby chair. "Where is she now?"

"We don't know. She was never found." Then Mrs.Peterson burst into tears. Nick was soon released from the hospital with no injury's, and the family made their way to the police station and filed a missing child report. On the paper, Nick wrote for the description of Angela that she wore a red jacket and had white wings. They searched for Angela for years, but she was never found. Nick grew up and married a woman named Natasha and had two lovely kids a boy and a girl named John and Angela. Nick became a missionary and eventually brought his parents to Christ. Nick touched many lives and had a happy life, but never saw Angela again.

"My lord," Angela said and approached the father in his grand hall that was made of gold and pearl.

"Angela my child, come here." God opened the clouds and they saw Nick sitting on his bed after he got home from the hospital after the accident.

"You did well, he will touch many hearts" Angela looked at Nick and saw his parents come in and hug him. Angela smiled fondly at him then turned and left the grand hall.
