imagine just laying in bed with ethan, not even sleeping or talking just laying there, taking in each other's presence. he'd then roll over to face you and peck you lightly on the nose and wrap his arms around your waist.
you'd both be wrapped in the white bedsheets that got all scrambled during the night. then ethan would randomly whisper "I love you so much" and you'd say the same back because you felt the exact same.
