Chapter 1

Looking back at it I guess I've always had feelings for Sauske Uchiha.

Ever since the second grade. Now I'm in the eleventh grade so it's been a good 9 years. I should have gotten over him years ago since that day. I was 13 and decided it was high time to confess to him. I even remembered writing a note and leaving it in his locker.

I waited in a classroom after school for him to confess and was so nervous.

I stood in front of the teachers desk leaning my back against it playing with my fingers. My face felt so warm I was sure I was red like a tomato.

I heard the door slide open and I got straight dusting off my school uniform skirt a bit. I breathed and turned my attention to Sasuke.

"Hey sakura so what's up?" he said walking over closer to me.
"Um well Sauske I wanted to tell you somthing very important and it's been on my mind for a long time now and so i-I li-"

"Oh Sauske there you are come on you have to walk me home!" a girl with red hair squealed hugging him from behind. "Hey babe yeah I'll be there in a sec" he said. She kissed his cheek and left the room.

"Wait is she your girlfriend?" I said. "Yeah we just started dating last week we haven't made it official or anything though" I nodded.

"Well you can tell me later right" he said putting his backpack around his shoulder. I faked a smile "yeah no worries" he nodded and left as I felt hot tears pour from my eyes.

I remember crying for the next two days and after that I started avoiding Sauske.

He never seemed to notice and he even formed a band with his girlfriend Karin being the lead singer. They called it Fallen Leaves.

I'd have to admit they had good songs. Sighing I put my attention to the board but not actully listening to what Kakashi sensei was actually talking about.

I watched as tamari glared at Naruto for throwing spit balls at her as shikamaru laughed.

After class I got my things hurrying to get to my next class when Naruto came up to me. "Hey Sakura I have a quick question" he said. "Uh huh" I nodded as I continued my way to the door. "Is your hair a natural pink?" he asked his friend's snickering in the background.

"Yes Naruto it is" I said. "Ha you owe me 10 bucks kiba!" he yelled. Kiba groaned pulling out his wallet.

I got to the front of the door and sighed. "Is that all Naruto?" I said about to exit. "Yup thanks Sakura!" he said pushing me forward. I lost my balance at his touch and was about to hit the door when it slid open.

I kept falling foward and crashed into that person. I opened my eyes and realized my lips were attached to another pair and I was laying on them.

My head shot up and I took a look and saw it was non other than Sauske himself. My face flushed and before I could process anything I heard a loud scream.

We both turned our heads and found Karin in shock hand pointing at us. "Sauske we're done you cheating teme!" she yelled running off.

I sweatdropped along with him and heard someone clearing their throat on the other end of the hall.

"Excuse me but no PDA detention after school the both of you" Kakashi said pulling me off of Sauske.

I yelled out a sorry and ran off wanting to disappear from the whole world. Why does everything happen to me!

"Stupid detention" I grumbled stomping to detention. I opend the door and found Sauske already sitting there. Kakashi would be an hour late I thought.

The world was unlucky for me as there were only two chairs as the others were put up. And the other one was right next to him.

I groaned sitting next to him and decided to write a new poem as there was more things on my mind.

After writing the second verse Sauske spoke "that could really be a good song you know" I blushed and closed the notebook swiftly. "Sorry for snooping" he said.

"Um Sauske I'm sorry for breaking you and karin up" I said. "Oh I don't really care about her she's been so clingy lately anyway.

I nodded. "Hey Sakura why have you been avoiding me?" I looked at him. "Well you were busy with Karin and we grew apart" I put it simply.

"Hey you never told me what you wanted to say when we were 13" he said. "Jeez you have a good memory" I said. He just said a simple hn and I kept going. "I don't remember that was years ago Sauske" he nodded his head.

For the rest of the hour we talked and catched up. He was still the same and barely opened up and was rude at times but I made sure to get back at him.

Kakashi came in an hour as I predicated and said detention was over. I walked out with Sauske and I watched the rain pour.

"Crap I have to walk" I mutterd. I sat on the floor as this little space hid me from the rain.

"I'll wait it out" I said. "Hn no way" he pulled me up and took my arm walking me to his car. "We're neighbor's so I don't mind" I blushed as he opend the car door for me. I sat down and sat down looking around.

There wasn't much just a water bottle in the cup tray and cd's scattered around.

He got in and started the car when his phone rang. "Hey what's up...huh...seriously...wait I think I know someone...I'll bring them to the studio...see ya in 15" he finished.

"Sakura you can sing and I know I've seen it in Choir" he said. "Yeah so?" I said confused. "Karin left the band and I was thinking" I cut him off.

"No way in fucking hell I can't join the band let alone be lead fucking singer!" I yelled. "What a fowl mouth Sakura I like it come on just sing that song in your journal I actully came up with a piano melody to go along with it" I had forgotten he could come up with melodies to anything in a second.

"Fine but if they don't like me forget it" I barked. "Oh I'm sure they'll love you I know you have a good voice"

I blushed at that last part and shook my head. "Me lead singer of your band please I couldn't even see myself hanging around you guys" I said.

"We'll see about that" he said.

The rest of the drive was silent and I prepared for the worst.
