Part 2

DOMS POV*

"Hey how did it go?" Mona asks Chris through the phone as I drive her home, "oh yas!....oh!!....aw that's great!....when?...cool....we should double date....well I don't know I'll find someone, I have three other male best friends I'm sure one of them wouldn't mind *she winks at me*....yeah well anyway...okay-time?...cool well I'm just going home for a bit to get homework done yknow but yeah I'll tell Dom...no of course not...oh shut it ya bucket....alright bye...haha well...see ya" she hangs up and laughs.

"Yay or nay?" I ask.

"Yay" she smiles, "they both really like each other and are gonna meet up again sometime"

"Awesome, I'm happy for him" I say and she nods.

"Oh yeah band practise at like 2" she reminds me.

"Oh yeah, you coming?" I ask. She usually does come but sometimes she has things on with her family which sucks.

"Yeah as long as my mum doesn't drag me into something when I'm home" she replies.

"Hope not. If you can I'll pick you up" I say and she nods thankfully as we arrive at her house.

"I'll call you" she says and I nod and kiss her quickly and then she leaves and I drive home to tidy the house and what not.

*MONAS POV*

"Mother! I'm home!" I shout as I close the front door behind me and watch Dom's car drive away.

"Hello there, how was the sleepover?" My mum asks coming in and hugging me.

"Good. We watched the breakfast club but then Matt had to leave coz he had to go to London for something so it was just Dom and I and we just kinda talked"I explain with a little lie.

"Oh well that's nice then" she says and I follow her into the kitchen where very aromatic smells of bread glide through the air.

"How was your evening?" I ask as she goes to stir something in a pot on the stove.

"Good, I made bread, your father and I watched a movie too" she explains and I nod along and take a bite of the bread she made and nod.

"'Nice" I comment and she smiles, "any plans for today?"

"I was maybe going to go see gran, do you want to come?" She asks.

"Um..well" i begin.

"It's fine just go to band practise, she won't notice anyway and you see her often enough" she says and I smile and hug her, "but do your homework first"

"Yeah I'll just do it now" I say leaving.

"Have you had breakfast?" She asks.

"No actually, I'll just take this apple" I say and she hands me some bread.

"And this, you don't eat enough" she says and I just nod and go upstairs and go to phone Matt first.

"Hey!" He answers having caller id.

"Howdy! Hows London?" I ask.

"It's alright, how was last night?" He asks.

"Great, well I mean we missed you but we had fun" I smirk to myself.

"Oh well that's good then, what you doing today?" He asks.

"Band practis-wait a minute, how can we have band practise without a third of the band what?" I realise.

"Not sure, maybe Dom and Chris will just jam" he says and I nod slowly.

"Yeah but Chris said band practise. Oh well, it shall be what it shall be, miss you anyway! Get home fast" I say and he laughs.
