I pull up to an old warehouse with Tre following close behind me. He knocks on the cold steel door four times before the peep hole opens revealing the piercing hazel eyes I've come into contact with so many times.

He chuckles before unlocking the door and allowing us in. I tuck my 9 back into the waistband of my joggers and cover it back up. We follow him into the back room where we usually do business but I leave Tre to wait outside the door.

"How's life been tone?" I ask my ex boyfriend before sitting on the edge of the desk.

"Good, and I guess I can say the same about you, you ain't hit a nigga up in a while."

I laugh and pull my phone out my pocket making sure to text Kole back and ignoring jamel's text. He had one simple task and that was to leave his ex alone. But no niggas think that they can have their cake and eat it too, not with me. If you expect something out of me I expect the same from you. No justifications needed.

"I'm bout my money, and you was keeping me from it"

"I feel you ma." He says while walking between my legs and resting his hands on both sides of my waist.
