I wake to see Mia still asleep on me . Everything is getting better , everything is going as planned . Man i need to go visit my mom . Last night plays through my mind . I never seen Mia so happy as I saw her last night . It made me so happy knowing I caused it . Honestly im glad to say , im so proud i asked her to marry her . Ive been wanting this for awhile and it finally happend i thank god for this . I know time is coming soon and it hurts me so much , Last night i heard her throwing up but i had to pretend i was asleep because i know her . I still wish that it was me and not her . Knowing that her time is coming makes me wonder what im gonna do with my life when she's gone . Shit i dont even know if im gonna be able to make it without her . my mom left , i dont have a dad . This shit is fixing to be hard on my ass . So much thoughts are running through my head its crazy , i shake them off and get up to go shower .
The shower just hits me , its nice and warms . I look down at my wounds and notice that they're getting better and healing good . Thank god . I finally decide to get out and go get dressed . I put on some black joggers and a white T-Shirt . I walk into the room to see Mia awake . ''Goodmorning beautiful , how did my wife sleep?" i ask her . she smiles " i slept good , you know since i finally made it official with you " she says . i go lay down next to her and just hold her . " i um heard you throwing up last night , is it getting worse ?" i ask . The look on her face drops and sadness takes over . " thought you were asleep... but yeah , threw up a lot of blood , plus im losing more hair , im in so much pain" she says . i sigh and just lay there , not knowing what to say . " Lets just keep trying to fight it as much as possible okay ? i love you " i tell her and she says it back . i kiss her and get back up . " lets go , let get out of here , i want to take you somewhere real quick " i tell her . she smiles and gets dressed and i head to the car and wait for her . i pull my phone out and text david . " im about to be on the way to show her the house , thank you again for giving it to me , she has no idea " i press send and mia gets in the car . " where are we going ?" she asks , " you'll see baby " i say.
We pull up to the house and david is waiting outside . " Mia this is david , david this is Mia" i say . They shake hands and we walk inside . " im gonna show mia around " i say . We start upstairs and i show her all the rooms and bathrooms . Then we head downstairs and i show her the rest of the house and the backyard . " so what do you think ?" i ask her . " its beautiful , i love it , why ?" she says . " because this is our new house , i think its time we move out " i tell her . A big smile shows on her face and she runs to me and jumps on me . I smile and we go talk to david . " we're gonna take it , thanks again man i really appreciate it so much " i say handing him the money . So now we're married and have a house , like ive been saying thank god for making my wishes come true . I tell her to lets go back to the house to start packing our stuff .
We get to her house and she runs to the room and i stay in the living room to talk to her parents . " we need to tell you something " Her dad says . I stand there and i feel so damn nervous , please dont be more bad news , everything is going great ." trust me its nothing bad , look we havent really sat down and talk to you about everything you've done for our daughter and we need to " Her mom says . i sit down and stay quiet , and her dad starts talking " we're so thankful that you came into Mia's life , she didnt have a good past , you know , got picked on , never was happy , then she ended up getting cancer , its been hard for her , but she met you. Ever since the day she ran to us and told us about some girl named alex she always had a smile on her face , even though ya'll known each other . You're making all her dreams come true and its a beautiful sight to see my little girl happy like this once again . Thank you for everything , i really mean it and i also want you to understand that if you need anything alex you let us know okay ? we're not going anywhere any time soon , we love you " Tears run down my face and i get up to hug them . "everything okay?" We hear Mia asks . "yes baby we're just talking , ill be up there in a second okay " i say . " i wanna thank ya'll for everything . Letting me date her , marry her , and let us move in together , i love ya'll as well ." i say .
We moved a good amount into the house already . Thankfully we moved our bed into here . Everything is settled and we agree that we are fucking tired . So we go upstairs and go lay down . I thank god one more time for everything he has done . Tomorrow i gotta finish moving . I kiss mia good night and go to sleep .
