Deactivating the bomb-ch7

Alain stood helpless, both hands on his head, as he wanted to tear his hair out.  The girl he loved is in danger, if he broke open the capsule it would explode and she would die.  He didn't want that and he is sure as hell about to not let that happen either.  Mairin, looked at Alain as she sees how determined Alain is but also the look of his fear etched onto his face quite clearly.  She wanted to say something, but nothing would work at the moment.  Alain is overtaken by many emotions, right now its Fear.  It's a monster that enters people's hearts and makes them feel uneasy and scared about things that, they feel is mission impossible to overcome.  However, Alain WASNT going to give up easily.  Leanna and Joshua entered the room, after Cynthia and Steven made their appearance too.  "We know of a way, in which we could save Mairin from blowing up." Alain looked at Leanna who seemed to be confident about her plan.  "Although, it's a lot of strain for me and Joshua tho... We can handle it, but we won't do it if you don't want us too. Alain looked at them, their eyes are taken over by determination and worry and how they wanted to save Mairin. However the grunts had already recovered and are making their way to the room where Mairin is being kept in. "Alain! Choose quickly, I can hear them coming!" "Okay... Do what you have to do! Me and Charizard will keep them from getting to you guys!" "There they are, stop them from freeing the target!" "Lysandre won't stand for it!" "Charizard use flamethrower!" "Use air cutter!" Meanwhile, Latias and Latios concentrated very hard, slightly sad that they had to leave before saying goodbye to Mairin knowing she wouldn't be happy about them risking their lives for her. They focused and there was a crack on the capsule and then out of nowhere, a flamethrower came and knocked Latias to the ground. "Who did that?! Latias are you okay?!" "It was I, I'm not going to let you interfere with Lysandre's plans I will destroy you before you get a chance to save that stupid little half human!" "Charizard use flamethrower! It looks like we're gonna battle again!" "Oh Alain, isn't your Charizard weak after battling?" She smirked and laughed evilly at Alain and Charizard looked back at Malva, smirking. "Oh? Do you have something to say Charizard?" "You do realise, I have more than 1 Pokemon." Smirked Alain. "My whole team can destroy you, despite you being a member of the elite 4." "You sound very sure of yourself, hah! Alright then let's battle!" The battle is fierce either side not wanting to give up, whilst battling Latias recovered and soon her and Latios arecback to trying to break open the capsule. "Grunts! Stop them!" "Garchomp use brick break!" "Metagross use comet punch!"
"Steven! Cynthia!" "We'll handle these grunts, you continue battling Malva!"
Latias and Latios are almost there, just when they thought they finally did it, the bomb exploded.  Latios took this chance to rush inside and grab Mairin quickly and fly away. "Who pushed the button?!" Roared Alain in anger.  "It was me, haha Joshua... managed to save your sister ey?" "Of course! Why would I watch my sister die?!" "Now now, she's not your sister! She's a half human!" "You made her this way! She's still your freaking daughter!" The arguments went back and forth, Alain ran over as soon as he was done beating Malva again for the 2nd time. He looked at Mairin, there is a slight scar on her face. "It must've come from the debris, that shattered everywhere..." He looked at her again, and touched her face she started to slowly wake up.  As soon as her eyes are fully wide awake, she hugged him with everything she had, he did the same responding to her urge of wanting his comfort and embrace. She started to cry in his arms and he cupped her face with his hands and kissed away the tears, and brought her back into a loving embrace.  Alain had hoped this had been over, so he could properly confess his feelings for her and take her on a date and continue his journey with the girl he loved.  However Lysandre wasn't done yet.
