"WELCOME FRESHMEN!"
"Yup, this is all real now. I really am in college." Jenny told herself as she looks up at the huge sign hanged in front of her new campus.
"Now, let's see, where is my building?" she told herself as she wander and look at the map on her hand.
"Uhm, excuse me?" a soft and calm voice of a boy called from behind.
She then turned around and was surprised by the charming and elegant face of the person in front of her, wearing a warm smile he asked "Do you know where the Business Administration building is?"
"Oh, well. I'm a Freshman so I'm not very familiar here yet but according to this map.... it's the building across this building!" she said nervously as she looks on the map she's holding
"Oh, so you're a Freshman too! Well, I'm Kurt. Kurt Jaymes Fulke, Business Administration. Thank you for helping me out." said Kurt with the warm smile that Jenny seems so absorbed on, she didn't notice his hand offering for a handshake.
She was captivated by his smile. It was very warm and welcoming, the kind of smile that can cheer you up, the one that can make you comfortable in an instant and can make your heart calm, she then notice his hand and reach it "Oh! Sorry. Well, I'm Jennifer. Jennifer Wylie but you can call me Jenny." weird, she thought, she usually introduce herself as Jenny. She wasn't comfortable saying her first name yet she told it to him without a thought.
"Nice to meet you then, Jenny." She then noticed how warm his hand is, warm as his smile. "Nice to meet you too, Kurt." then both of them let go. And Jenny relaxed.
"See you around then!" said Kurt and waved, still wearing his smile and then he went on his way.
Little did Kurt know that his warm smile gave Jenny her own smile as well.
*end of flashback*
Jenny then woke up and realized her sister arranging the flowers she must have brought for her.
"Hello there, had a great dream?" her sister asked with a huge grin
"Hi. wait what? How do you know I had a dream?"
"You were smiling when you were asleep."
"Really?"
"Really! Haven't seen that kind of smile in a while, you must really have had a great dream huh?"
"What do you mean it's been a while?"
"Aside from the fact that you've been asleep for a while, I haven't seen that warm smile you were showing off while you were sleeping. That's the true kind of smile you usually have when you're happy or if Kurt is invol- Opps. Okay, wait. I'm sorry. Nevermind that."
So her sister did notice too. The way she lights up when Kurt is involved. But little does her sister know how much Kurt's memories have on her or even the mention of his name does to her now. How much his effect have changed on her over a realization of the truth.
Jenny frowned "It's okay."
"Well anyways, how was your day?" Courtney said changing the subject.
"It's great, staff here are nice, as well as Dr. Mills"
"Oh! I know right? Charlie's really hot" Courtney said excitedly
"Charlie?"
"Charlie Mills. Doctor Charlie Mills."
