A WITCH OF A WOLF

hey to all you guys who are reading my story!

thanks a lot for reading it has helped me keep uploading but right now I cant go anywhere, I know what I want to do but I cant get there, so I'm taking a break from this story for an indefinate amount of time, I am working on another story, it is a steampunk one, I got the idea to try it out when we had an author visit at school. 

this is the background story to the events that will be happening, could you please read it and give me some feedback, feel free to ask any questions as well - but please tell me if you would consider reading this.

Set in Victorian London – England is split up into three Setts (Tri-Setts) those with “powers” those without “powers” and the faulty.

100 years ago something crashed into England; this spread a disease throughout the whole place, splitting the people into two categories – powers and non-powers. As time went on people changed, and war started, those without powers believed that they were cheated out of gaining them and started to hunt out those with powers, believing that by spilling the blood of a “power” they will gain their own.

However this proved not to be true, so the non-powers started to hunt the powers into extinction, thus, war broke out, eventually they came to an agreement, and they would separate, and do their own thing, ignore one another, and go about life in their own way. This worked well until they realised that half of England had different supplies than that of the other half, so they found a basic merging point where all supplies were even (London).

As children were being born it was questioned of what origin they would be – power or non-power – and soon it came to light that those born to non- powers were generally non-powered and those born to powers were generally powered.

There were some odd cases, in which the child totally defied what seemed to be logic and would be the opposite of their parents and were sent off to the other half to be fostered by a family there.

As more time want on (now 60 years since the crash) the children being born started to defy the new logic in place (that children could be born either powered or non-powered depending on blood type and immune system build-up). Sometimes a child would be born with powers, but they were uncontrollable, or they would be born with no powers but seemed to poses them during fits of strong emotion – these were the faulty (some cases they are illegitimate children of a powered and non-powered).

Thus England split into Tri-Setts, those with powers were the better off (upper class) those without powers were well off enough to survive and live relatively comfortable (middle class) and the faulty were the poor, barely surviving slum-livers (lower class)

my basic blurb:

the three groups (my characters) all meet in a chance encounter, the powered ones are running but get caught by a few faulty men, but the faulty girls talk to them and free them, they agree to help each other out and bring the unity back to England, while walking around in the second Tri-Sett (middle-class) disguised in clothes that the powered ones brought along, they meet the other two and they join together and become an underground group who might just bring about one of the biggest revolutions yet.

the characters are all based off me and my friends/family so im hoping this one will be easier to write *fingers crossed*
