I finally get home. I walk upstairs & go to my room & shut the door. I don't say hi to my mom , that's how aggravated I am at this very moment. I get a text from some random number & it says to me: come outside.
so I look out the window & I see Joey! I don't know if I should go outside I mean I'm mad at him. right ? I get another text message & it says: hurry we need to talk!
so I throw on a pair of slippers & head downstairs. I open the front door & walk towards Joey. "Ughhh hi Skye" wasn't he just mad why is he acting so shy but it's SOOO cute! "hi Joey..." "okay I'm sorry about overreacting when you said you liked me I guess i cant control myself when I'm around pretty girls." HE SAID IM PRETTY!!! I smile " y-ya-you think I'm pretty?" "uhmmm yeah I do" "oh..." " OKAY so maybe I kinda like you a little bit." what WHAT oh my Lordy lord lord he kinda likes me :) " well I like you but you already knew this but instead of just saying you like me too like you just did you chose to assume things that weren't true." " well I'm sorry I didn't mean to react in such a rude way." "it's okay" " sooo... you wanna go to Johnny rockets with me ? I heard they have some good burgers there." "wait as a-a-a date ?" "yeah let's call it that" "but I have to change I have slippers on" "oh okay I'll just wait outside" "no come upstairs to my room I'm just changing my shoes it's not like I'm getting naked "😂 "Ughh okay" we go upstairs & we go to my room , I go get a pair of shoes I choose to wear my black & white superstars & then I realize how hot it is outside so I'm gonna change my shirt. "umm Joey it's pretty hot outside so I'm going to change my shirt"
JOEYS POV
she takes off her oversized sweater & reveals her beautiful body. wow she's gorgeous. she puts on a cropped top & asks me " how do I look ?" I respond with a "absolutely stunning" oh my god did I really just say that ?
( back to Skye's POV )
did Joey just say that I looked stunning ? wow this day is turning out pretty good. I take my wallet & keys & phone & I say bye to my mom "bye mom I'm going to Johnny rockets" "who with ?" " oh this new kid named Joey" "okay sweetie don't come back to late!" " k love you" " love you too" me & Joey walk to Johnny rockets which isn't to far from here. we finally get inside & sit at a table. the waiter places the menus on our table & asks us what we'd like to drink "can I have an iced tea I said to the waiter." "sure thing & what would the gentleman like ?" "oh Ughh I'll just have water" "okie dokie one Iced tea & one glass of water." the waiter steps away to get our drinks & to give us time to decide what we want to eat. as I'm looking at the menu I could feel Joeys eyes on me when I look up he immediately turns away.
JOEYS POV
I can't help but just stare at Skye's beautiful face as she looks so concentrated on the menu. she sure is gorgeous. I get lost in space just looking at her but once she lifted her head from the menu I instantly turn away. I mean I've just met her but it's felt like I've known her forever. I mean we had this instant bond the first time we met. & that was only today!

the waiter finally comes back with our drinks I order a cheeseburger & Joey orders a double bacon burger. me & Joey start talking & talking until everything goes down hill when I hear Tiffany coast "HIIII JOEEEEYY" Ughh kill me now. " oh ugh hi umm uhh-" "Tiffany remember me from social studies we sat next to each other & we couldn't stop talking" " umm I just asked you want page in the text book we were in" " I'm sorry to cut you off Joey but Tiffany I don't know if you could tell but Joey & I are on a date & we'd appreciate it if you'd not interrupt us." " oh Skye it's okay she's our friend right ? it'll be fun all three of us hanging out" what ? WHAT ?!?!? did he just invite that no good peppy princess pig looking thing to hang out with us on our date ? " IM SORRYYY but That disgusting pig isn't my friend I absolutely hate her! & I'll be making my way home! you two can have fun on this date!" " wait but sky-" I hear Joey calling my name but I just keep walking , I knew something bad was going to happen everything bad happens to me.
