'What should we name her?'
'Jasmine- it's perfect'
'Yes. It is.'
I cried in my mothers arms, my parents gazing down into my eyes which had just adjusted to the world.

Three Years Later:
'Hi mommy!'
'Hi Booboo'
'Hehehehe'
I giggled as my mommy picked me up and swished me into her arms.
'I love you Jasmine. Don't let anybody get you down. Stand your ground OK my little flower.'
I had a big smile on my face. My daddy came in and enveloped both of us into a big hug.
'Hey' My mom said to my dad.
'Hey' My dad replied finally putting us back down.
'Jasmine, honey go wash your hands, OK? It's almost time for lunch.'
'Ok mommy'. And with that, I ran into the bathroom to wash my hands.
What i didn't know that out there in the kitchen, my dad was grabbing another beer to drink. And, that was the beginning to all our problems.
