This opening ceremony was beautiful, as expected. As soon as we walked out, everyone started cheering. It was so amazing. I literally had the biggest smile on my face. I don't know why, but I found myself looking for Nathan. As soon as our eyes met, he winked at me, and I immediately started blushing. "Why are you blushing?" Mikayla asked looking at me. She looked up and soon saw Nathan, "Oh, I see why." she grabbed my hand and started dragging me over to him. "Hi, I'm Mikayla, and this is Jordyn." "He already knows my name, stupid," I sneered to her. Nathan started laughing and introduced himself to Mikayla. Mikayla smiled and over Nathan's shoulder, she saw the one and only, Ryan Lochte. "Oh my gosh, is that Ryan Lochte?!" she whisper shouted. "Nathan, you have to introduce me to him please." she begged. "Okay," he aid and started walking over to Ryan, with us following. "Hey Ryan, this is Jordyn and Mikayla." Ryan introduced himself to us, and him and Mikayla instantly hit it off.
Nathan and I talked a lot more and I found out some interesting things about him. Soon it was time for all of us to head back to the Olympic village. Nathan walked me to my room, with Ryan and Mikayla right behind us. "Thanks, for walking me back," I said. "No problem." "Well goodnight Nate." Nathan kissed my cheek before saying goodnight and walking away.
