I looked in the mirror,
But not at me.
I looked in the mirror,
But looked in deep.
I looked in the mirror,
To find my face.
But looked in closer,
To find my thoughts out of place.
I looked in the mirror,
And I've really changed.
I looked in closer,
But not at my features,
Feelings were crawling on me like untamed creatures.
Creatures trying to eat me alive,
And change me into a person deprived
Of their will to live,
In this world of cruelties.
Because what's the point if
There is no loyalty
Or trust or truth or equality.
Or anything as such
For humanity to exist.
Then there is not much
for us to live.
