Chapter 5: I didn't mean it

Blair's P.O.V.

   I woke up and after a bit of stretching and rubbing my eyes I reached out to check my phone. I checked the time and it was only 7:00am. I stood up and stretched once more and changed into some Nike shorts, a Nike tank top and a Nike jacket. It's too early for a shower so I went to my shoe closet and picked out my roshe runs and slipped them on. I went downstairs to see the maids cleaning

"Good morning Miss Blair" they said politely

"Good Morning, oh and please tell my parents that I'm out for a walk" I said

"Yes Miss" one of them said

I headed outside and breathed in the cold morning air.

When I got out of the gate I looked next door to see Jayce's curtains down, guess it's too early for him to be up.

I walked down the street just watching the surroundings and listening to birds chirping and the trees sway to the peaceful wind, I smiled to myself thinking how calm and peaceful it is here.

After a few more minutes of walking I went back to my house.

When I got there the maids are preparing breakfast and my parents having coffee in the living room,typical mom and dad.

"Oh good morning Blair" my dad said

"Morning dad, good morning mom...um I'll just take a shower upstairs" I said

"Ok but hurry up breakfast will be ready in a few minutes" my mom said

"K mom" I said while going up the stairs

When I reached my room I removed my shoes and went to the bathroom and took a shower.

After taking a shower I went to my dressing room and put on the outfit I picked out, I picked just a normal maroon sweater, black skinny jeans and black vans.

I went down and sat down on one of the chairs in the dining area.

"So how do you like it here in Canada so far Blair?"  My mom asked

"It's pretty cool mom" I said while eating

"Yeah it's cold" my dad said

"No, I don't mean it like that dad I mean it's ok and I can't wait to start school here" I said chuckling a bit

"I know what you meant Blair I was just being...well..... Me" my dad said laughing

"I knew you were dad" I said

"So why don't you head to the Collins' after eating" my mom said

"Ok mom" I answered immediately

"Wow I thought you were gonna ask why first but you didn't so I guess you were planning on going there already" my mom said while smirking

"No I wasn't" I defended myself

"Of course you weren't" my mom said not believing what I said

"Ok I'm done um..... I'll just go and get my phone upstairs and get my phone" I said while running up the stairs

I got my phone and I have a message

Barbie the bae🦄: good morning Blair wanna hang out?

Blair🤗🙈: sure I'll go there

I replied and went downstairs

"I'm going next door" I yelled
