I was talking around with some people and meeting new Youtubers when this tall guy walked on stage and asked for everyone to take their places. I don't know how these things usually work, I mean it's the first Youtube event I've ever been to!
I look for Amy, Tony and my seat and go take our places. I sit next to Amy who is sitting next to Tom. I see Ryan walking in the front seat and taking a place there. The rest of the night went by pretty fast. Many Youtubers, including Ryan, went up on the stage and talked, did sketches and lots of other stuff. It was getting late and I was tired, but the night wasn't over yet.
The event just ended and we all started spreading around.
"Hey did you enjoy it?" Blair comes over and starts chatting with us
"Yeah! Was so fun!" we all say
"Hey guys!" a familiar voice speaks
I look up to see three very familiar faces. D-trix, Greg and... Ryan.
"Hey that was so funny what you did up there! Was that improvized?" someone asks but I can't really hear because my heart is beating so loud it actually covers the voices around me. I feel Ryan next to me and I feel like I'm going to faint.
"Hey did you enjoy our little sketch?" Ryan speaks
Oh God, is he talking to me? I slowly look up to see his eyes glued on me. He's smiling waiting for my response.
"Was it that bad?" he jokes and I start to giggle
"No, it was... hilarious... I think you might be funnier that you think you are..." I speak
What? That sounded so weird! Maybe I should stop talking
"Wow, that's a huge comliment comming from a young Youtube chick who has almost as many subscribers as I do!" Ryan jokes again
"Hey, I'm not that young, I'm like 3 years younger than you..." I try to defence myself and giggle like an idiot
He seems pretty entertained as he's laughing at my bad comment.
"So, are you comming to the after party?" he asks
What? What after party?
"Uh... there's an after party?" I ask confused
"Hey Kate do you wanna go to the after party?" suddently Tom butts in
"I guess there's an after partyyy...!" I say and Ryan smiles at my awkwardness
"Uuh... are you guys going?" I hesitated but ask Ryan
"I am if you are..." Ryan says smiling at me
Did he just say that? What did he mean by that?
"Oh come on! You have to come! It's at this amazing new club! It just opened!" Tony says
"Club?! Oh great..." I say sarcasticly cause I actually hate clubs
"Don't worry, I don't like clubs either... We can ditch them later..." Ryan almost whispers in my ear.
I can't help but blush as I giggle at his words.

The loud music hits my ears as we enter in the club. God I hate clubs so much. You can't even do anything here! You can't even talk to someone with this insanly loud music. All you can do is drink and dance. Well, I like the first one, but dancing? Oh, no thanks. I look like an idiot while trying to dance.
We find a nice spot near the bar. I never understood why these tables are so tall. It's so hard for me to climb on them without looking like a complete idiot, cause I'm really short for a girl my age.
