I am woken up by a sound coming from downstairs. I slowly open my eyes but immediatly feel a sharp pain in my head.
Oh! What is that sound?! I get up and walk downstairs.
Oh, duh! It's the door bell lol. I need to get used to it! I walk over to answer the door.
"Morning sleepy head!" Amy says seeming awfully happy. She lets herself in as I stand by the door.
"Hey dude! Wow, you look like hell!" Tom says and walks in.
I close the door and walk towards the kitchen following the guys.
"Umm...thanks..." I casually reply to Tom's honest comment and sit on a chair. My brain is still a bit asleep, I can't quite function before I've had my morning coffee.
"So what happen last night?! Where did you dissapear?" Amy asks but my eyes are focused on a white plastic bag that she just placed on my counter.
"Is that food?" I ask pointing to the bag
"Yeah man, you texted me something about Ryan driving you home?" I faintly hear Tom saying
"Is-is there coffee in this bag too?" I keep asking
"Uh, yeah, here..." Amy says and gives me a cup of iced coffee and a box of baggles. I immediatly throw myself on the food and the coffee.
"Come on Kate! You're killing us here! Did anything happen with Ryan?!" Amy asks as i take a bite of my baggle.
All of a sudden my brain stars working again.
Shit. Ryan! Last night. The kiss.
Suddently all of these images start flashing back.
"Oh fuck." I say with my mouth full of food.
"What?!"
"Last night... Ryan and I... we uuuhh... might have kissed" I finally spit out, which was followed by gasps.
"Aaaww yey! You guys are so cute together!" Amy says
"Wh-how did it happen?" Tom asks
"Well, you remember how drunk Blair got me... so at some point Ryan and I took off and we went to this park and.. it just happened!" I explain
"That's great man! Aren't you happy?" Tom asks confused
"Well...yeah... I mean, I like him a lot! But I'm just worried it might be a bad idea..." I say
"What? Why?" Amy is confused too
"Amy we're only here for 4 months! What happens if I get attached and then I have to leave?" I say
"Oh... right..." they seem to understand now
"Anyways, look, I'm here for work so... doesn't even matter." I put on a fake smile and take a sip of my coffee.
"Ok, so, what's the program for today?" I ask hoping to change the subject
"Well... we dont start work untill tomorrow... we have all day to ourselves!" Tom says
"Right! You wait here, I'm going to get ready and then we're off to explore the city!" I suggest all smilling and happy.
*30 mns later*
I'm finally ready and now the three of us are in the car, trying to find our way to the city center. It's crazy hot outside today, so I decided to wear an army-printed capris shorts with my tight black tanktop, my pink fli flops and my sunglasses. My hair is straightened and falling down on my shoulders, which I'm starting to regret now, cause I'm melting from the high temperature!
We finally find our way to the center and we decide to take a trip to the mall since we haven't been there yet!
Suddently I feel my phone buzzing in my pocket.

Hey! I hope you're not too hangovered from last night cause I'm having a small get-together at my place tonight :P Really hope you can make it ;)

Oh shit! I freeze. I don't know what to do.
"Hey guys..." I say and shove me phone in Tom and Amy's faces.
"Aawww he's so sweet!" Amy exclaims
"Uh, what is he doing to meeee?" I exclaim too
"So... are we going?" Tom asks
"Yes, we are. Text him back!" Amy orders me
I look at her and hesitate
"But..." I start to say
"Text him back! Come on! And make it seem casual... and cute... but not too needy... and-" Amy won't stop
"Oh shut would you?!" I say but with love
" Hey Ryan! Great, we'll be there! Text me your adress and the time later :) " I type and press sent
Oh God, what am I doing?! I'm getting myself into such a mess! But I just can't resist him, he's so darn cute!
"Okay, now... we need to find you the perfect outfit." Amy announces but I'm so not down for it.
"Haha...nice one Am's!" I sarcasticly say
"Oh it's happening my friend! Come on!" she says and grabs me hand
I look over to Tom and roll my eyes. He just agrees with me by letting out a huge sigh.
*Around 8pm*
"I can't believe you actually made me buy this skirt!" I complain to Amy as we're both standing in my bathroom doing our hair.
"Hey at least I'm letting you choose the top and the shoes!" she snaps back
Ok, the skirt is not so bad. It's a high waisted skater skirt, but still really outside of my comfort zone. I decided to pair it with a black and white striped top and my chuncky Creepers.
"Girls! Come on! We're gonna be late!" Tom yells from downstrairs.
"Almost ready!" Amy shouts back.
I decided to restraighten my hair, since I took a bath earlier and just let them fall down on my shoulders.
Ten minutes later, Amy and I walk downstairs to see two very familliar faces.
"Oh heyyy! When did you guys arrive?" I exclaim and walk over to greet Tony and Blair.
"We didn't here you come in!" Amy exclaims too
"Ok people let's go! I hate being late" Tom says and practicly pushes us outside of the house.
*9pm*
*Ding dong*
We're all now standing infront of Ryan's door. I am so nervous, I can feel my feet sweating. A few seconds later Ryan opens the door.
"Heyyy! You guys made it" Ryan greets everyone, being the polite guy he is
When he finally reaches to me, a huge smile is forming on his face.
"Heyyy..." I say awkwardly and hug him.
Ryan wraps his arms around my waist and almost lifts me up.
"I'm so glad you came" he simply says looking at me with a smile on his face
I just stare into his eyes, not sure what to say.
Oh God, tonight's gonna be hard to stay away from him...
