Prologue, Chapters 1 and 2

Prologue

i had always wanted to live a more peaceful and better life than what i had before. i lived by myself without knowing where my mom and dad had been. i grew up in an orphanage being so alone. i don't want to socialize with the other.

my teenage life came where this life of mine became very miserable. but he did to came. he put colors on me. i became optimistic because of him. i loved him. he had always made me happy, comforted and protected. he had made me think life wasn't unfair, never been.

until one day, the troubles i had before-which i had turned my back on for i wanted a change of life for him- intercepted me again. he protected me, successfully, but, unfortunately he had to be brought to the hospital.

he promised me at the hospital to be always beside me, to always make me happy, to always protect me. but as soon as those words left his gentle mouth, it was already broken.

he passed away. but another came, that changed my life which had lead to the darkening of the days of the world, and the undeniable dark truths began to unfold.

my name is alice. alice realas.

Chapter 1

i found myself wandering in a club of no certain reason. i don't know what i'm doing here. i looked at the dancefloor, and i saw a familiar silhouette. i went near and found out it's my bf, Allan, dancing a girl. Rather kissing a girl. I reached for the girl's hair and forcefully i kept pulling it back and forth.

"Alice, ano ba! Tigilan mo na yan!"

"at bakit Allan? Ha? Sabihin mo nang di maubos buhok nito!"

Girlfriend ko siya! I don't love you anymore Alice!" he turned to her. "Babe tara na!"

I don't love you anymore!

 Ouch! Ang sakit nun ah. Pagkarinig ko nyan i felt paralyzed. Those words were echoing in my mind. At ako naman tong si slow, nag pa-process pa at nang na-gets ko na, tears went flowing, rushing. Unti-unti kong binibitiwan ang buhok na hawak ko.

PAKKKK! Ang sakit ng pisngi ko. Gusto kong sumigaw ng aray but my voice were nowhere to be found. Yeah, she slapped me. How dare she. Masakit na nga Puso ko pati ba naman pisngi ko?!

"You heard him? He. Don't. LOVE. YOU!' diniin nya ang isang daliri nya sa noo ko "Itatak mo diyan Ha? Babe tara na nga!" At kumapit na parang tarsier sa braso ni bruhildo, este Allan. Bwisit!

They're gone. Me? Unfortunately, turned into a beautiful haligi. Sana nga haligi nalang talaga ako nang di ko to nararamdaman tong sakit na to. Ang sakit eh Kaya pala di ko na na-fe-feel ang presence niya sa life ko.
