"Tyler!! She is waiting for you!" I hear my mom calling for me.

Tonight was Halloween and I am going to take her out to go trick-or-treating. I came over to my mother's house to help her with Ruby while she gets paper work and phone calls done from work.

I shouted "Alright mom!" So she can hear me my room to her office. I hyped out of bed and left my comic book open of Batman. When I walked in the living room, Ruby wasn't there. I smirked and I knew she was hiding from me.

"Rubyyyy, come out come out where ever you are.." I creepily said to scare her playfully. Then, I heard something move in the closet. My smirk turned into a smile and did an impression of an ironic monster and grabbed her out of the closet and she was uncontrollably giggling. We both had the same smile from my busy mother.

"Let's go get you ready before it's too late!" I grabbed her small hand and took her to the bathroom and set her on the counter. I took out a mix of my mom's and cheap makeup I got at the Halloween store and put it in a bunch. I took a brush and did blue eyeshadow in her crease and grabbed a pink eyeshadow and did her outer corner. Then, a silver glitter in her inner corner. I did her other and was satisfied on how symmetrical they were.

"You look gorgeous already Ruby!" And she smiled so much I'm suprised her cheeks didn't hurt.
"You always look gorgeous Tyjo!!" Her compliment lightened my heart and gave her a kiss on the forehead and continuing to finish her eyeshadow.

She hummed an unfamiliar tune and I moved on to the mascara. She had no problem with it and I was suprised. I finished her look with pigmented pink blush and lifted her up to set her on the floor.
"Thank youuuuuu!!!" She hugged my leg and ran to her room to put on her costume. Her voice fading away and I smiled so brightly.

I love my little sister and I love visiting Ruby when I have free time. She is the person that keeps me together. I heard Ruby skip to me with a blue and pink fairy dress with a white tutu. Her small fairy wings were holding on to her like a backpack.

"Look at my little fairy, she's the most beautiful one I've ever seen." I lifted her under her arms and she laughed just like her mother when she was her age. As I put her down, I looked at the time on my watch, and it said 8:50 p.m. The trick or treating ends at 9:15 p.m and I sweared under my breath so Ruby didn't hear.

"We gotta go mom!" I called her but she didn't answer; too busy on the phone or with someone important. We walked out with her basket in hand and the streets were dim and kinda creepy looking. The crisp in the air was quiet and I didn't have a good feeling, but we kept walking to go around the neighborhood to get candy for my little sunshine.
