(So, I wrote JK's part while listening to this song and it really reflected and inspired how JK was thinking.)
Jungkook
It was late at night— or maybe early morning even, but Jungkook was too distracted on partying his consciousness away to keep track of time. For the sake of clarity, he did it on purpose. If he kept track, he knew he would keep on counting the days after the departure of her own vivacity; to the permanent silence of death.Wobbling and stumbling over himself, he held the bottle of alcohol in his hand and gulped down the rest as he walked down the dark alley, not giving a shit about anything anymore. Hell, did even know where he was going? No, he had no idea.
The pain that turned into pleasure, the euphoric qualities and aphrodisiac tastes of love, and the high adrenaline rush that came every minute he laid his eyes onto her turned into poison for him every time his muse came invade his thoughts. He missed the way he used to get hurt so gently compared to his damaged heart now; he missed the way he was able to stand up even through the strong winds of incoming pain and stress.
But— could he really ever stand up by himself if that person wasn't there to guide him? Now, he's weak and only speaks in a sad and depressing (also pretty pathetic) language of heartbreak and mourning, citing poetry and shit in his thoughts.
Isn't this just who he was before he met this girl? He was always some sort of crazy, but he rather be crazy in love with the savior of his life. She didn't just keep him sane, she let him become crazy when everyone else would've left him for it.
He grinned, laughing bitterly, swinging the bottle as he stumbled and tipped over, not in control of his own self physically too. Jungkook couldn't help but think of her, because she was everywhere that he looked, everywhere in his thoughts. Her bright smile, and the way she used to laugh around people but cry when they were alone, just for him to see.
He felt the colors of love when he was with her, and now, everything seems so—
So fucking bland.
Now he gave up. This feeling of hopelessness that overtook him— he stopped trying to conquer it.
No matter how much he could try to distract himself, the emptiness was still there. Wanting to fade into the night and reach her fingers as his hands would try to touch the heavens. You could get rid of any other emotion, but you can't fill the void that was missing.
"Chie— You left me. You promised you wouldn't." The young man said, throwing the glass bottle at the wall angrily as he watched it shatter into a million shiny pieces. "Y-You traitor...You're just the same as them. You left me when I needed you the most."
His voice was strained with pain, as his vision also blurred. Was it his tiredness and lack of sleep? Was it a mix of both? Whatever. It doesn't matter; because nothing matters—she was still dead. He felt his eyes fill up with tears that fell down his eyes, and to his cheeks. He covered his face except his eyes with his hands, and looked up at the silent yet starry night that used to bring him peace and happiness watching it from above with his lover, that was just all blue to him now.
~Flashback
"Ooooh, are you crying, Jungkook? Don't. It doesn't matter on how many tears you shed for something else, it won't get better. Don't cry for anyone, don't even cry for me, or yourself. Crying is the sweet release that will keep on making you sad, and that's not okay. Things like this don't deserve your tears because you're strong enough to live through it." The warm girl said, smiling as she wiped his tears and they leaned onto each other, ignoring the yelling and fighting of his parents.
End of Flashback
